Royal Farms

Stop in today on my way to the emergency room with my daughter. Met Gaile and Paulette, whose customer service was AMAZING! I had two of my kids with me, and often times it can be stressful taking them into a gas station. Gaile especially never once made me feel like I was an inconvience. Gaile and Paulette were both kind, and even when Paulette got yelled out by a customer, both of them carried on with such grace! It was inspiriring!! My 4 year old claims he made 2 new friends, and I will make sure to stop at this Royal Farm whenever I’m in the area!!!

This is a model location. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and most importantly, delicious chicken. It is hard to find other locations that live up to this locations greatness. Only request is that strawberry milk is brought back. I always trust this location to have staff who care.

Clean, very friendly, & more cost efficient than other gas stations. Their chicken is awesome. Plus, there are lots of ways to save money and/or earn free products with their loyalty program!

Great broasted chicken. Crispy, juicy, there is no bad piece of chicken here. Staff are super friendly and always helpful. Location is very clean and they also have many other item most convenience stores have except they have a "beer cave" and man is it cold in there !!! Great place to spend a minute waiting for your fresh chicken. You'll cool down for sure.

Good chicken and waffles!!! I heard the hype for years, finally ate a bunch of their fried chicken with coworkers and couldn't believe that it came from a gas station down the road. I've gone a dozen times now. Maybe once the chicken was dry, but its always tasty. Their breakfast bowls are very tasty, they have some different coffee, and the food staff are all extremely nice every time I come in the morning. They replaced Sheetz and maybe Wawa for my morning routines.

Daijana, has been very helpful to me with the ordering process. I am technologically challenged and trying to order this way was a challenge for me the first few times. I had gone into the Chantilly location before and left without ordering because I am not used to ordering my food this way. Every time I go to Royal Farms she has guided me through the process and made sure that I got what I wanted. She is to be commended for her professionalism and patience.

Tonight, I went to Royal Farms and I saw a worker by the name of TJ. He was very helpful, courteous, and worked quickly to help me get my chicken order. He was the only worker in the building and was doing a good job holding down the fort.

This place has the cheapest regular gas in the area (also one of the few that has FlexFuel). The refuelling area is very clean and neat. I'm not quite sure what all the babbling about overfried chicken is about. It's a gas station, come here for gas, get your chicken at KFC.

Finally a gas station in our area that doesn’t charge the inflated “Ashburn gas Tax” to fill up like all the others. Very clean and organized inside and wonderful staff.

The pump and free air are great! The station must be one of the biggest in local community. Didn’t check inside though.

Great place. You get gas(great prices), car wash, cigarettes, coffee, deli quality food, seating area, nice clean benches outside all under one roof. Must check out place.

Chicken tenders are HUGE!! All white meat, not over-breaded...love 'em!!
