I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to review USA jewels. They are extremely fair and they have beautiful jewelry. The feeling that I get from them is that they are trying to have you as a customer for a long time they’re not just trying to, rip you off and send you on your way. I know that I have found my jeweler, there’s no reason to go anywhere else. I had them do a repair on my wife’s wedding ring, and had my watch service service.

I found USA Jewels searching for 18k Gold and their website featured a cuff bangle that was totally what I was wanted…. Dave was wonderful from the minute I spoke with him/the transaction was smooth. Delivery was perfect and the bracelet is amazing. Would totally recommend USA Jewels…looking forward to another purchase !!!

Kim was very knowledgable and helpful when my boyfriend was looking at engagement rings. The engagement box even came with a light inside which was perfect when he purposed at dusk on the beach! We stopped in later and Kim helped to make sure the ring was appropriate size. Would highly recommend this place!

My fiancé and I both wanted engagement rings. I got mine when he proposed, so when it was my turn to get his dream ring, I went to a bunch of local and chain jewelers to get insight and prices. Chain jewelers were way too expensive. At a lot of local jewelers, they often gave me this weird vibe as if I didn’t know what I was doing (presumably, as a woman) and insisted on shopping together with my fiancé (as if I wasn’t the one paying for the ring!).

USA Jewels was exactly what I wanted and needed. I first met Kim when I walked in, and she was so friendly and warm, and listened to everything I had to say. I finally felt like someone was taking me seriously! She and David helped me to build a custom ring for my fiancé that was an extremely reasonable price, and on top of that, absolutely STUNNING. My fiancé loves his ring, and I love how it looks on him!!

I have been going to this store when it was Pandora and now the new owner Dave along with the old team of Kim and Kelly. I can not recommend them enough. I have worked with Kim for over twenty years. All of my jewelry comes from them. Kim just helped me design a necklace. My husband passed away and I wanted to use his rings for something close to my heart. I cried when I saw it. You are the best. I have been looking for a natural Alexandrite ring for many years now since it is my birthstone (month of June). I happen to walk into their store and was thrilled that they had natural Alexandrite. Kelly and Deep were wonderful in helping me select the perfect setting and stone and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful
Alexandrite ring. They never pressured me into buying anything. In fact I requested a G IA certification which took an extra 3 weeks and even though I offered to pay for it they included it at no additional charge. They went beyond what was expected to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely do business with them again. I am so delighted with my purchase!!!

Went in looking for an engagement ring for my soon to be fiancé. Gave them my price range and instead of trying to upsell me like a lot of jewelers do he instantly started to show me diamonds that were natural in that price range , and started showing lab diamond sizes for the price range. Told him what I wanted for the band and he gave great input showed me other rings in store for reference. They were all around super friendly , and a pleasure to work with. had the CAD drawing within about 4 days and the ring the following week. Will for sure be coming back in the future for more pieces.

I had the most fantastic experience at this jewelry store! Several years ago, during a random walk-in at the Ketchikan, Alaska location, we met the wonderful Deep. We purchased several stunning Tanzanite items, and Deep's transparency, honesty, and detailed explanations impressed us. Later, during a work trip in Florida, we visited their store and were equally delighted by Dave's helpfulness and patience with all our questions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a great deal and exceptional service!

Their store is very beautiful inside, with an upscale look and feel like it should be located in Boca Raton. The pricing of their jewelry and service is very competitive and fair. I absolutely love this family and their business. They have become my go to " Win over the Wife" store. The quality of product is fantastic. The entire staff engages in your purchase which makes it extra special. While you wait they offer more food and drink than a restaurant. We visited this jewelry store to buy last minute wedding bands. Being from out of state, we didn’t know where to go, but we lucked out when we found Stardara!! The staff was great. Soooo helpful. We bought beautiful rings at a great price....and they even cleaned my other jewelry while we shopped.

USA jeweler in the cove is just great! Went there with my father, to purchase a gift for my mom. Dave was just amazing, took all the time to show us everything, with no pressure. His jewelry is exquisite! So many beautiful things! We found the perfect gift. He also repaired some things she had. Very good prices and lots of choices! Dave was the best!! I shopped around a lot to find my wedding band and luckily my mom found USA jewelers. Their pricing was by far the best and he was able to create exactly what I wanted. He was even willing to ship it to me before I paid to make sure it was up to our standards. It definitely was and now we are shopping for my fiancés ring. Will be back!
