Daily's

Stopped at Daily’s for some gas and cold drinks for the kids. On the way out my wife and kids all commented how nice the manager was when they were checking out. Thirty minutes later my daughter discovered she had left her phone by the Slushy machine. I called and the manager assured me he had the phone. He had seen the phone by the Slushy machine just as we pulled out and was waiting for our call. This cheerful manager made our week. It’s acts of kindness and honesty from friendly staff like this that make me go out of my way to shop at Daily’s. Thank you !

I’m not one to do reviews but the gentleman Bryan left quite an impression on me. My husband and I got a car wash a few days ago and in the middle of it, it just messed up on us, we honestly thought we broke it. We decided to go inside and talk to the manager Bryan and decided to notify him about it, and he was so sweet and understanding to my husband and I. He stated that it wasn’t our fault and wanted to help us out, he was very outgoing as well but Me and my husband kindly declined because we didn’t want to bother , but I told him I was going to write a review about the visit. It’s really rare when you find a good manager/ worker that actually cares about his customers. I definitely make it a priority to drive to this daily’s just because of there great costumer service and caring staff.

Manager Chris understands what service and customer relations is all about. I went through the Daily's car wash, was unhappy with the result, and went inside to report it. The response from Chris was immediate. "Do you want a refund or another car wash?" I said that I wanted a refund and he promptly provided it. Then he said, "now I'd like to give you free car wash to see if you get a better result." I took him up on it. He had an employee meet me at the front of the car wash with a code. On the second car wash, I realized that I had made a mistake the first time through and the bad wash was my fault. After the second wash, a perfect one, I went back inside to return the refund Chris had just given me. I told him what had happened, that it was my fault to begin with, and extended the money. He said "no thanks. Your car wash today is on Daily's." We were both smiling behind our Covid masks but our eyes told the story. Chris had just created a faithful customer forever.

Everyone one here is spectacular!! I've seen they way they conduct customer issues. They're phenomenal!! Seems to me that the people who don't like the employees are the ones trying to get free stuff. Or don't have normal patience or competence. Would highly recommend this place. Bathrooms are the cleanest on Federal Highway by far!! Gas prices are always cheaper. And the car wash is fantastic!!

Customer service here is always top notch, expensive gas prices but the customer service is outstanding, and Jonay have such an amazing smile; keep smiling it’s going to warm up customer’s heart. Thank you, definitely will visit more.

I was down in your area last year visiting relatives and stopped in on numerous occasions for gas, etc. I met an awesome employee by the name of Denise, don't know her last name, but she's a real asset to your establishment and I proceeded to leave a review to that effect. But this is another matter. I am writing on behalf of my relatives who are elderly and don't have a computer to do it themselves. They frequent your establishment but were very stressed when coming into your store seeing other customers not wearing masks and not following the state mandate set forth by the Florida Governor. They told me there are signs on the door but people are not following the rules. One of my relatives asked an employee in the store why they were letting people in without masks and was told something to the effect that corporate said they didn't have to. I would think a state mandate has to be enforced everywhere, and social distancing ,during this pandemic. The manager should be enforcing this and has neglected to do so. I don't know at this point if this is still going on, but my relatives will not patronize your place of business now or in the future. The manager is putting himself, his employees, and customers at risk by doing this. Maybe it's time for a new manager who follows the rules. Corporate doesn't have the right to ignore a state mandate in a severe health crisis . It seems to me from hearing this from my family, and if true, corporate and this manager are making profits the number one priority, and not the safety and health of the employees and other customers. They should be turned away from service until they come back wearing a mask. I hope if you didn't rectify this situation as of the present time, do it ASAP!

One of my favorite gas stations. Great gas prices and friendly, professional service. I'm always greeted when entering the store. Restroom is clean and smells good. Convenient location too. I recommend this station.

I was just inside the Shell station (Daily’s), and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service I received from Denise. All too often our questions go unanswered and customer service is poor. Every time I going to daily’s Denise and her co- workers go above and beyond to be helpful .

Free air for tires, and always great customer service!

Awsome location great gas prices but homeless sleeping inside or just hanging out ... A older gentlemen is still sitting in the same spot when i was here 3 hours ago.. The one that was sleeping inside is now taking a bird bath in the bathroom ... if you decided to come in here and sit down and eat a sandwich there's only four chairs at this location to tables one gentleman sitting out one the other one sitting out another you just don't feel right and it just doesn't look right for two homeless people to be inside of a gas station sitting there one good thing is they're not asking for money but it's just doesn't look right one older gentleman is just staring out the window staring at people saying feel sorry for me give me something the gentleman should be in a shelter I know all too well about this situation you just don't do things like this when you're in the streets you go elsewhere you don't hang out inside of a gas station I am very surprised that the Broward County Sheriff's Department doesn't do anything but I guess it's up to the store itself... the last three to four nights the one gentleman's been sleeping in the same chair if they want to do something at least give this gentleman a job maybe cleaning up the property give the man a few dollars or give him something to eat and return don't allow the guy to sleep inside your facility it doesn't look good it's not good for business when I walked into the bathroom the one gentleman that's been sleeping was right behind the door I had to take a step back as I use the bathroom he still standing behind me as somebody was in the stall using the bathroom drying their hands as I've been outside typing this whole message the gentleman's been inside the bathroom the whole time whether he's doing a number too or he is completing his bird bath which is not nice to have somebody actually washing themselves up and a bathroom when he can go to a shelter and get his needs taken care of their if you look under photos I even posted a photo of the homeless guy sleeping in the chair with his backpack on the other chair this was taken at midnight

I used them since they opened and the car wash but lately NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING FIRST OF ALL HOW HARD IS IT TO FAMILIARIZE THE CASHIERS WITH THE “SCRUB CLUB “ CARDS”AND JUST “STARE” AT IT WITH A BEWILDERED LOOK AND HAVE NOTHING TO SAY BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO !!! SO I GO OUT OF MY WAY TO GO THERE AFTER WORK TO FILL UP MT TANK AND GET A CAR WASH AND FOR TWO WEEKS NOW I AM TRYING TO REDEEM MY FIVE CAR WASHES INTO ONE FREE ONE DUE TO ME NO ONE KNOWS WHAT TO DO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM???????? THEN THEY ARE RUDE AS WELL AND LOOK AT ME LIKE I AM TRYING TO “CON” THEM WHEN ITS ME GETTING THE CON !! SHE NOW I HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN TO SEE THE MANAGER I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REDEEM THIS FOR MY FREE WORKS CAR WASH FOR TWO WEEKS NOW NO ONE CAN DO IT DOESNT ANYONE TRAIN THEM ?? PLUS THEY GET NASTY TO ME THE CUSTOMER LIKE I AM ANNOYING THEM AND YES IF I DONT GET SATISFACTION FROM THE MANAGEMENT I WILL GO TO CORPORATE!!! NOT TO MENTION THE CAR WASH IS CONSTANTLY OUT OF ORDER AND NEVER GETS THE BACKEND OF CAR CLEANED ITS A MESS !!
