I bought a Fiat 500 couple years ago and did not have any issues with the car, just regular oil/brake changes and I was good to go! Kept it for two years and sold it with no issues on it. Cleanest car I ever purchased, detailed vehicle history was provided and that was such a comfort. They also started a protection(engine & transmission) plan for six months, even though I never needed, it gave me peace of mind to me. Need more businesses like this in the area!

My experience at Dulles Cars was in one word amazing from start to finish. Alp was very friendly and responsive. He helped me finding the best car that fulfilled my standards at best as it could. I recommended this businesses to a couple of my friends as well, and as far as I know, they're thinking the same about the whole car buying process. Whoever is reading this comment, I recommend this business to you too!

I called about a car I saw online and spoke to Taner. He was friendly and professional, and set up a convenient time for me to come test drive the car. After looking at a car at a different dealer, I decided I liked this one the best, but wanted to have a pre-purchase inspection done. Taner had no problem letting me take the car off the lot for a couple of hours, and when I brought it back I asked that they fix a couple of minor problems, they fixed them with no hesitation. I ended up buying a nice car at a nice price, and highly recommend going to see Taner if you want a good deal and great service.

Friendly staff and quality service. We bought a Hyundai Sonata for my co-worker, although it was an old car it was well maintained and taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone who expects good pricing and friendly staff.

Very good experience. I originally bought a 2009 VW Passat and it had unforeseen issues the gentleman were very gracious and gave me a loaner car and then found me a great working Honda Accord that I could make payments on . I would recommend this company to everyone that is looking for an affordable car. Mr Mustafa and Mr Ahyan and others were very helpful and gave me the best customer service experience I've had at a car dealership.

Needed a reliable car to head to work and back everyday, Alp was a great support with getting me the best decision. The support till the way out the slot is a great experience.

Very disappointed with overall experience at Dulles Cars. They were somewhat accommodating before the sale. Test drove car and gave my request as to what I wanted to be corrected before I bought car. Salesman said he would see to it they were attended to. The only thing that got done was car got washed and Freon was added to AC. All other request ignored. After money was exchanged, salesperson started getting attitude each time I spoke with them, as if I was a bother. Had made a gentleman’s agreement in writing that if within 3 days after purchase, I found any major discrepancies with engine or transmission, I could bring car back and they would either fix problem or refund. When I had off-site mechanic inspect car and found part needed replacing, I informed Dulles Cars salesperson. Now, it is a problem, because that problem is considered regular maintenance and the company mechanic is very busy so I would need to leave car and return next day...over 25 miles away. So, I would not recommend this establishment if you are looking for good, dependable customer service or making arrangements after sale for work. Plenty of other car dealers around. Try others, not Dulles Cars for good customer service.

Buying process was easy, car itself was in ok condition. Had a problem with the title and though I encountered a rough patch with a representative, another rep. was quick to fix my problem.

Talked about a vehicle over the phone, made a good deal on it after it was hyped up to be in great condition (Car Fax was solid despite reported some "minor" front damage) and green-lit by their in-house mechanic, and drove out of state to go see it with the plan to pay. I'm very happy I still had a different mechanic inspect the vehicle, because within 5 mins of the inspection the mechanic showed us some glaring issues with the car that made me immediately turn down the purchase. The guys were super surprised about this, so maybe they weren't lying and were just ignorant, but still. If you go to these guys, you really need to make sure you know as much about the vehicle before you buy or put down a deposit.

I live 100 miles away from this dealership. I was looking to purchase a vehicle and was willing to make the drive to look at it. The online postings for the vehicle, the Autocheck report provided by the dealership, as well as the representative I spoke to multiple times on the phone, said that it was a quality vehicle that was not involved in any accidents. Luckily, a friend got a Car Fax for me, which said that the vehicle was wrecked and towed from the scene. I did not appreciate the dishonesty of the dealership and representative, especially considering the distance. I’m sure this place sells some good cars, but I would caution customers to do their research and be on guard. I will not be doing business with them.

They made me wait for one hour, in some industry building where they park them cars and they don't financial... the owner ask for check or cash total amount, i really was enough with this people.
