They don't bother to advertise, instead relying on word-of-mouth recommendations of customers. Their entire inventory is carefully checked out by reliable, local technicians, and I don't think they would ever offer a used vehicle for sale that wasn't in very good condition. Honest folks who have had this business in their family for a long time! They are a wonderful team to work with!

Russ was a great help with buying my car. I had been looking at a couple and narrowed it down to the Toyota Camry. I needed a certain price range and he was able to get it for me. Very friendly and above and beyond customer service. After the first long road trip discovered rotors and front brakes were shaking and let him know and once we were back in town. I took it and they replaced them since I had only had it a couple weeks. I was back in my car within a few hours. No added expense for me. I didn't expect that from a used car dealership. Highly recommend H&H.

I'm a little late on this, but didn't want to let this slip by. I live in the Pittsburgh, PA area, and a few months ago came across a 2008 Ford Mustang at H & H. It was the exact color I had been looking for, and it had many options & upgrades that I wasn't finding on other similar cars locally. It was a 3+ hour drive for me so I didn't have the luxury of getting to swing by to see it. I spoke to both Harold & Russ, and they went over the car & assured me it was as clean as it looked in the pictures. I know they probably had others interested in buying it, but held it for me until that Friday for me to make the trip to see & drive it. It was every bit of what they said, and I ended up buying the car & driving it back that day. They were great to work with, and I am very happy with the new toy. Thanks so much guys!

I was in and out within half an hour with a brand new 2016 CRV! I loved every minute of my experience with H and H. My experience with H & H was wonderful. My sister and I were given the time to, of course, test drive the car, discuss it at length with family and check out all the paperwork at hand. The previous local owners had a lot of parts replaced on this Subaru and all of the information was carefully kept on file to hand over to the new buyers.
I even bypassed my mandatory pre-purchase inspection and am so very happy 😊 that I chose to leave with “My Subaru.”

Great experience. Saw a truck that met my requirements on FB and sent a question with an invitation to call. Russell called almost instantly and was very pleasant. He told me the history of the truck and his family business. When I went to see him the next day, the truck was just as promised. He and his father were courteous and professional. I got a fair deal on the truck and a quick turnaround on the paperwork. No negative comments at all.

Found the listing for a vehicle we were interested in on Car Gurus.We live a couple of hours away so I was hesitant to even enquire about the vehicle. When I called I spoke to a gentleman named Russell. He offered to go out to the lot and walk around the vehicle while giving a description of anything that may be of concern. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and we were pleasantly surprised to find the vehicle exactly as Russell had described. After a test drive we were sure that we wanted the vehicle and 30 minutes later we were on our way back home! This was by far the smoothest transaction I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. H&H is truly the first place to look if you are in the market for a nice pre-owned vehicle. I rated five stars only because they dont have 10! We had an excellent experience with H&H Used cars. Here marks the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle and there be no weird fees or strange used car warranties thrown at us. Just paid taxes, registration, title and a 100.00$ dealer fee and walked out around 1000$ over the sticker price. Pretty awesome considering the last time I bought a vehicle from a different dealer I had 2300.00$ in "fees". The vehicle is in fantastic shape and has been performing excellently. With the taxes and stuff we spent in total right about what the KBB value was on the car. I will definitely want to purchase from this dealership again!

Note, they are family operated. They don't have much staff. It is worth being patient if they seem a little busy.

H & H is not your typical used car dealer. They are family owned, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest with a great website to view the inventory. That combination removes all of the stress of buying an automobile. Russ took care of all of my paperwork and Howie linked the Bluetooth to my phone for safe driving. This is my third purchase from H & H and it's always a pleasant experience.

I would rather buy a car from Russ Bolen than from anyone at any big name car lot. There were multiple hiccups on my end of the car buying process and Russ was patient and worked with me throughout. He even came to the dealership after hours (930pm) to close the deal as to accommodate my work schedule.

The vehicle itself was exactly as described. I couldn't be happier with it. I'm almost 5 hours away and would happily deal with H&H again.

Russell was extremely friendly and helped me through the process of buying a car. I knew what car I wanted and after a quick test drive down route 7, I knew I was going to buy it.
