I don't often write reviews but Dr. Castro is so amazing I feel that I must share. I suddenly had pain in one of my front teeth (I knocked it out as a child and it's now a crown). I was getting ready to leave for a dream vacation to France so she squeezed me in, literally on the same day. I had the procedure done this morning to remove the abscess and both she and her staff were amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I did not feel any pain and kept me informed during the entire procedure. I'm not sure how she does it, especially with a young, active and growing family :-) but apparently she gives patients her cell number in case they need her. As other people have mentioned, she is so funny and down to earth that you leave feeling like you made a friend. I cannot recommend Dr. Castro and this practice highly enough.

Everything about this experience was pleasant. If you can say that about a root canal than you know your in a good place:)
Dr Castro, James & Amanda are amazing! I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. I felt like a friend by the time I left. I am one day out and feel great! I love knowing that if I should have any problems they are only a phone call away.

I was SO nervous to have my root canal, but the entire staff was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable. I actually fell asleep during my procedure!

I never thought getting a root canal could actually be enjoyable until I had one performed by Dr. Castro. The entire procedure was painless. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. As well as being superb with her work, Dr. Castro has a great sense of humor and kept me relaxed and entertained the whole time.

I did not know a root canal could be that painless. I have had a ton of dental work in my lifetime. Dr. Shah was fantastic. I felt comfortable; she is highly knowledgeable and communicative as was the person assisting her. The office is clean, modern and super friendly from arrival with the receptionist to departure. My appointment began as scheduled.

I can not give a higher review than 5 or I would, Dr. Castro is amazing. All too often, in many areas of healthcare, you feel rushed or not valued. Dr. Castro takes all the time needed to make sure that you understand the process, presents all available options and makes you feel comfortable and truly cared about.

Dr Castro took me in when my dentist suspected I had a tooth fracture as I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. She was able to confirm my fracture and helped me get in touch with an oral surgeon asap for the procedure I needed. To help manage the pain she helped me numb the area and get the medicine I need to manage it until my oral surgeon appointment.

Being in her office is like being in a spa, the little touches such as access to cold water bottles, light massage on the dental chairs, and Dr. Castro’s friendly bedside manner all put a patient at ease. Root canals aren’t the most delightful things to look forward to but Dr. Castro makes the entire process very smooth.

I have been to a lot of doctors over the years and I must tell you that my experience from setting the appointment, to the greeting as I entered into the office, to Amanda who greeted me, to the assistant James who prepped me and of course Dr. Castro, I could not be more pleased. Very, very professional.

Adv. Endo performed a root canal on my top molar. I was so impressed and relieved by the professionalism from Amanda at the front desk to Dr. Shah and James making sure I understood everything and was comfortable. Just a perfect experience. 10 stars!

Dr. Castro is impressive!!

I've never had such a pleasant experience in a doctors office. She had told me in the consult that it would be a pleasant/easy experience - and I was blown away with how easy it was.

I didn't feel a thing on the root canal. She made everything seamless. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

I will never go anywhere else. She's stellar!!

My husband went to his dentist after throbbing pain for three days from his back tooth. After seeing him, she ordered a root canal. She recommended several doctors in the area to choose from. So he picked Dr. Castro's office.

He called me from the parking lot after the procedure was done which only took 45 minutes, really, to tell me how happy he was having picked Dr. Castro, stating, "She was excellent and I absolutely felt nothing." He also mentioned how the office staff was so nice and friendly which helped calm his nerves.

He was very impressed how her and her assistant worked together so efficiently, and that the whole experience went so fast and totally painless.

I know this is going to sound corny, but he said I can't wait for my next root canal....seriously.

This office is amazing! From the front desk, to the assistants, to Dr. Castro!! Visiting the Dentist is seriously one of my least favorite things to do, but I had been experiencing discomfort and was referred to Dr. Castro by my dentist. I went for a consult everyone was so nice! Dr. Castro explained EVERYTHING that was wrong and causing my discomfort and what she would need to do in great detail. I was able to get scheduled very quickly for my procedure. She knew how nervous I was and did everything she could to make me as comfortable as possible! After the procedure she again talked me through instructions thoroughly, gave her number in case of emergency/discomfort and said what a great job I did. This was one of THE BEST experiences I have ever had (and I was a nervous wreck leading up to it!). If you need an Endodontist do yourself a favor and make an appointment at this office with this awesome staff and Dr. Castro!

No one EVER wants a root canal but the worst time to need one....during a national pandemic....ugh! That was me and I was desperate to find someone. Dr. Castro was AMAZING! She explained everything to me and really helped ease my anxiety. Amanda was also great, she even let me hold her hand when Dr. Castro was numbing me up because I was so anxious. I can't say enough about them, just really great. Dr. Castro also gave me very detail directions to follow after to ensure the least amount of discomfort and it worked great! I hope I NEVER need another root canal but if I do I know who I know who I will call. Thanks again, you guys were so great to me!!!

Dr. Castro was incredible! I saw her for an emergency appointment after having had my tooth damaged and infected due to an unprofessional service I received elsewhere. Dr. Castro was able to save my tooth and save me a whole implant procedure for that tooth. She has incredible confidence and knowledge in her field, and as importantly she was very warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Thank you so much Dr. Castro for everything!

Staff was kind, friendly, and efficient, Dr. Castro was amazing and totally put my dental-phobic mind at ease! The root canal was quick and painless. I was given thorough follow-up instructions. The whole process couldn't have been better (unless I didn't need the root canal, of course.)

Dr. Castro is one of the best doctors I have ever interacted with. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. She always put you at ease with her honest and non-commercial treatments. I strongly recommend her to any one who is looking for a root canal.

Dr. Castro was amazing. I had my root canal today, and have a bad fear of needles and just dentistry in general. She made recommendations that put me at ease, was patient, and performed everything in about half an hour. I literally could not even feel the needle or any of the actual surgery. If you're like me, with HIGH anxiety and a general fear of dentistry I highly recommend this practice. They will make it seamless.

The only feedback I have would have is more for the front desk. The interactions I have are a hit or a miss, sometimes the information isn't very clear and at times I feel a bit dismissed on my questions. But to be honest, I go for the expertise of the endo and that's exactly what I got. 100% recommend.

This practice is amazing. From Annie at the front desk to Amanda (Dr. Castro’s assistant) and of course Dr. Castro. I needed a root canal and went in as a referral from my family dentist. Everyone in the office made sure I was comfortable and got me in and out. I would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends.
