I've live here for almost 3 years now and I've been very happy with my experience! It may be in a slightly rough part of town, but there are so many great things about this place: Extremely friendly and helpful staff, fast maintenance response, very nice apartment interior, and respectful neighbors. The front office staff have gone above and beyond for me to help with missing packages, lease renewal, maintenance requests, and anything else I've needed. I've appreciated the secure walk-in gates to my building and the parking garage.
Wonderful apartments to live in!

I've been living here for more than a year now. I love the location where everything is near downtown. Music venues is just walking distance from the apartment as well as the Gateway mall. Super convenient! Place is maintained well and clean. The units are spacious and nice (I have the biggest unit) and having a hot tub year round is a plus after a long day of snowboarding.

My roommates and I have never had any issues with the homeless. Just be respectful and they wont mess with you. The train noise eventually becomes white noise in a few weeks. It's all part of living in the city. Staff has always been responsive and prompt with any requests. They have always helped me with any issues that arise.

I've enjoyed living here so far and I just renewed my lease!

I just moved into Bridges Apartments back in August and have loved it! I live alone and as a 25 year old female, I have always felt safe. First, management is very accommodating and responsive. I had to have my carpet replaced before moving in (which I appreciated). I asked if I could still move in furniture without touching the bedroom and they were more than fine with that. The garage is easy to get in and out of. You barely notice the train. Very pet friendly - my cat loves the apartment space. All in all, I would definitely recommend checking this place out and considering it for your next move :) you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful complex. Management has been a joy to work with and property maintenance goes out of their way to ensure good service. Apartments are of good value too.

I moved away to live closer to my GF and get cheaper rent (pay cut) but we'll be moving back in a couple months now and we're absolutely hyped. This complex is absolutely worth every cent.

This place has the prettiest and most quality interior finishes by far of any other apartment downtown-wood floors, granite, and upgraded blinds make it feel like a cute and well lit condo. The layouts are huge and open too, with good space for storage and a separate dining nook-which fit my dining room table when almost no other place I looked at could accommodate.
The office matches that quality too- Tegan is so professional and responsive, and helps with whatever your issue or question is so you are taken care of. Tyler is also attentive and extremely helpful for being the Manager-super warm and welcoming even if you just drop in. Maintenance is 5 star quality-those guys are out all the time on the grounds or common areas keeping things looking good, and issues with your apartment are handled quickly and done RIGHT. If you’re a decent and respectful renter, these guys will all go out of their way to make you feel like you’re in good hands!

I've lived at Bridges for 1 year now. It's a great place to live. They have helpful staff and the location is great. I share the 3 bedroom apartment with some other students and I think Bridges is really good for students and young professionals. The train noise was not a huge problem for me, but it was too bright at night for me to sleep the first night. I put up a black out curtain and have had no problems since. The price is reasonable for a 3 bedroom too and I appreciate the hot tub/ pool in the summer. I plan to stay here until I graduate.

Great experience and great management! They are very attentive of the needs of the residents. I also felt like this was a very safe community with 24/7 security and constant monitoring in the parking garage. My only wish was that there was more parking available for guests, but otherwise living here was a 10/10 experience. If we ever came back to salt lake Bridges is the first place I would look to rent from!

I moved out of bridges recently. The staff is VERY honest and are out to make sure you are treated fairly in the move out process. The lead maintenance man ( Tyler I believe it is) is absolutely a joy. He’s so quick to repair anything that needs fixing and is always smiling. Good man. I recommend this place to a lot of people. The location isn’t ideal, but honestly I lived right next to the train and I got used to the noise. It was my safe space for a long time and I’m happy we loved there while we did. Don’t let the bad reviews discourage you!!!

This complex is super nice. I had to move from Ohio for work and even during the pandemic, I was able to get clear responses and photos of the suites and location . It is by the train tracks but this hasn't been an issue and I am in a track facing suite. Even my cat has adjusted well.
As far as the staff, they have been able to answer every question I have had quickly responding to emails within 24 hrs always.the apartment is clean and super secure and if you drive right around the block you are in the city.
There are police and security patrols around the buildings and within the garage for added safety and peace of mind. I absolutely love it heres and I feel I lucked out coming into a new city blind.

I lived here for a little over a year in 2012. I loved it. Maybe I just got lucky, but no noise from my neighbors. The train was loud at times, but not enough to keep me up. Management was pleasant. Neighbors were nice. My apt was nice and maintenance issues were fixed same day. It's in a sketchy area, but I walked my dog every night with no issues. Except, my car got broken into the day before I moved out. Overall I'd live there again.

We recently moved in and there have been a few different hiccups with various things out of the Bridges Apartment Home's control but they have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure that they do right by us and to resolve the issues as they arise.

Would definitely recommend this place to people I know, the apartments are honestly the best bang for your buck in the area too.

I have lived here for about a month now and have been pretty pleased with it. My only complaint is that there's not a ton of parking available which makes it inconvenient when I want to have guests over. But I haven't had any issues with the heating, hot water, or excessive noise. There are a few issues (people don't pick up after their dogs, dogs off-leash, etc) but those are issues you see everywhere. I also walk my dog in the morning and at night when it's dark and haven't had any issues with anyone bothering me on my walks. The floor plans are the largest and the cheapest that I have found in the SLC area and it's only a 10 minute walk to The Gateway. Adrianna has been very easy to work with and I appreciate how helpful she has been!

I had a great move in experience. The leasing staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Since moving in, they have continued to be friendly and helpful. The apartment is wonderful. Large and nice new appliances. I am very happy with my decision to make this my home!

Fairly new to Bridges but so far things have been great. Leasing, Management and the Service team have been very helpful and accessible. I have a SE facing apartment so the trains are noticeable but I realized that when signing and fortunately after a week or two they faded to background noise (for the most part). Other than that, the facilities are well kept, hot tub is hot, and I've enjoyed my time so far.

Bridges at Citifront is a beautifully located complex minutes from the gateway. The inside of the apartments are a value for the price of rent. Safe and secure entrance makes it almost impossible for you to be disturbed at your door by anyone. If you wanna live in a more than affordable apartment downtown, this is the place! Pet friendly, people friendly, family friendly, and awesome amenities make this feel like hotel living.

The staff went above and beyond in the process of moving in. Even indulging in my requests for measurements and pictures so I could plan furniture. My family feels welcome and safe here. I think yours would too.

I've lived here for 7 months and have been very impressed with the apartment and complex! The maintenance staff is wonderfully accommodating and prompt. Bridges is secure and I've always felt safe. The apartment is fantastically spacious and you really can't beat the location. Would highly recommend.

We moved here in June and we absolutely LOVE Bridges apartments! They helped us get our apartment all over the phone and through email since we moved from out of state! They were extremely helpful with everything! Once we arrived in Utah we met with Teagan and she was absolutely wonderful and sweet! She made our move in process a breeze! We highly recommend BRIDGES apartments and their team! We love our apartment!

I love my apartment at Bridges and have had no issues in 8 months. The apartment itself is beautiful. They were initially built as condos and then the previous owners ran out of money so they were bought and finished as apartments. I say this because I've never been in an apartment where I couldn't hear my neighbors. the only time I can hear anyone is if they are in the hallway being noisy.

The apartments are located next to the train tracks as well as a major freeway. I live on the bottom floor, so the freeway is only loud first thing in the morning during rush hour. I've lived near trains before so I didn't even notice them. Neither keeps me up at night.

The management company and staff is great. The manager will do their best to help you resolve any issues, and if that doesn't work the management company is located in Utah and they're easy to contact.

It's a great downtown place to live if you are in your 20-30's and without kids. Highly recommend if you can see past the noise of the freeway and trains.

We LOVE bridges at citifront. They have new management and they are on the ball with anything you need. Maintenance always comes in 24 hours and does the job right. The apartments are roomy and amazing. We are on the ground floor and love the patio. Neighbors are friendly and we have never had any problems with anyone. There are rarely any sightings of homeless gentlemen outside the apartments and even if so, they are friendly..

Apartments are large and new, the people are friendly, and the events are a blast. Management has always been prompt and kind, and I’m pretty sure they’d help me get a kidney if I needed one. Big fan of this place and always looking for more chill neighbors so... come check it out! If you’re chill that is. If you don’t like puppies, hugs, or happiness, it’s probably not the place for you.
