So much more than your typical bookstore! Vintage toys, board games, comics, graphic novels, manga, cute gifts, and even old media formats like VHS! There is even a big table set up where you can play the board games available in the store.

The book selections are excellent, and there is even freshly brewed free coffee & tea that you can enjoy while you browse. So good!

Beautiful little shop, lots of book selections, and places to sit. The lady that was there was very sweet and gave me a lunch recommendation as well! Walked out with two books I’d been wanting to read! There are new books and used books, and you can apparently trade in used books for credit to use towards others (will need to try to confirm!) but that’s such an awesome way to make sure books get loved by more than one owner! Will ABSOLUTELY be coming back! 📚

Love love love this little bookstore. All the staff are super knowledgeable and helpful and they always have cute things in addition to the books they sell. I will choose this local store over a big box store any day! They also take used books for store credit -- that's my favorite part!

Great bookstore. They had some unique gifts, perfect for Valentine's day, mother's day, and father's day. The bookstore is right next to Goldfish Swim School. My daughter enjoyed selecting some books. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place is such a hidden gem! I loved the atmosphere of the bookstore and the selection was great. They had soo many books with southasian representation as well. There is a mix of used and new books with fair prices!

This is a great little local book store with some gifts as well. My daughter picked up some titles from her favorite author, and I found the perfect book for our trip to the beach.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They have some cool gift items too like locally made cutting boards, stationery, etc.

Great experience. Friendly staff gave great advice that helped narrow down my choices to better gifts. I'm happy with my purchase and woulda purchased a dozen more things if i only just could lol. Lots of gift items to be had with a variety of price ranges.

I wish I could give more stars. First, the space is fantastic. Open, welcoming, seating all over, a dedicated Children’s and YA area. Great amount of quality choices ranging all genres used and be as well as really great puzzles, games, and other gifts. If they don’t have something, they’re happy to order. The staff & owners are welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. My cousin purchased a gift card for my daughter and called the store from NJ to do so. She told me before we went that they’re amazing and she was right! We visited on her birthday and Karen White was speaking. (She’s awesome too!) I feel like I could live at Johns Creek Books and Gifts and be happily content. Highly recommend this store! Come support our local shops!

This locally owned bookstore is absolutely adorable. They don't just sell books, they have a great selection of fun gifts, too. And the owners and employees are super sweet and helpful. Go check them out.

This women-owned small business is an easy one to support. The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection is excellent and they support local artists by selling their beautiful creations. This past week I shopped for two birthday gifts. I have a group of friends who buy b'day gifts for each other as a group and split the cost. There are 8 of us, we spend $8-$10 on average and are able to buy the most thoughtful and beautiful gifts from Johns Creek Books and Gifts.

On top of all that...they support the community. When the schools had to close for in-person learning they saw that many local students would go without the meals they would typically get at school, so they started a "food bank" for their families to pick up. They've continued these efforts by choosing a different apartment complex to provide bags of food for each week. They use their store as a collection and distribution site.

Johns Creek Books and Gifts have earned my support and loyalty! I'm so grateful to have them in our community.

We found great books for our children and gifts for everyone at this store. The owner stayed open past closing time just to help us before Christmas! The service and variety at this store is great - from books to beautiful, unique gifts. It's just great to get something you can see and really check out rather than online. The experience was amazing and we plan to be back.

You will always find superb customer service and a nice selection of gifts and books, especially at Xmas! All of the ladies that work here are so good at making recommendations and going way above and beyond. They love what they do and it shows!

I had the pleasure of visiting Johns Creek Books & Gifts today and it was a real TREAT. This incredibly cute bookshop is OPEN - you can shop inside with a mask on, or do curbside pickup. They also have the option of online delivery. I went inside and was amazed at how well the store is organized! They have a number of zones from tables where you can purchase beautiful jewelry, to a table with an awesome candle selection, a really cool puzzle section, as well as a very nice variety of ALL types of books (including a used book area!). I found so many great items and was really excited to be able to buy the birthday gift I was looking for as well as splurge on a few things for myself as well. The lady at the register (one of the owners?) was extremely welcoming and friendly, too. Johns Creek Books & Gifts truly embodies the essence of an excellent community bookstore.

I realize we're in some difficult times. If you happen to be a person who is in the position to help the economy with a little bit of spending, I hope that you will consider shopping local and support great shops like this one. Especially if you're ordering books, puzzles or candles online, if you can help a fantastic place like this stay in business, please do. Their prices are competitive and you can get some very reasonable deals as well! Ok, I'm off my soapbox!, just sayin' this place is pretty amazing :)

This is a great bookstore offering a wide variety of both literature and gifts. The staff kindly hosted a kids story time and my daughter loved one of the featured books. Since there were no copies in store at that time, the staff promptly ordered some and notified me a few days later when it was in-superb customer service. I will continue visiting this store for future purchases.

I cant believe I didn't know about this place earlier. This book store has everything, all the latest books and all the classic. Great gifts for every occasion and a huge kids section filled with cool toys. I am super excited to find out about their book club and will be attending every month. I love the variety, the aesthetic modern design of the store, and the friendly and helpful owners! Check it out if you are in Duluth or John's Creek.
