Jenna was very thorough and pleasant to work with; she made me feel comfortable at all stages of my care and therapy.

Jenna is very clearly competent in Dance physiology, techniques, and understands the dynamics of a dancer's needs. She is very welcoming, very adaptable and very willing to bend to help out her clients. Her bedside manner is very warm and friendly. Overall a very good experience, and the recommendations seem right on pointe. (pun intended)

Jenna is such a fantastic physical therapist that truly cares about every patient. I first saw her a few years back for a dance related injury and saw immediate results. The second I heard about Art of Motion I was thrilled! Currently, I am seeing Jenna for chronic dance injuries involving lower body stability. After just two appointments I can already notice positive changes and less pain. Her knowledge of dance technique is so helpful when I am explaining what I am experiencing. She truly listens to you and is incredibly thorough during every visit. Art of Motion is a wonderful place for anyone dealing with injury or chronic pain and is especially recommended for dancers and athletes alike.

Art of Motion is amazing! Jenna is personable, kind, reassuring, and so knowledgeable/skilled in what she does. She truly has helped me so much the last few months and I'm so thankful! My experience with Jenna and Art of Motion Physical Therapy was wonderful! I've been to my fair share of physical therapy (bum knee, sprained ankle, funky wrist). Jenna was the first therapist to make me feel like she was REALLY listening, not just what I was saying, but what my BODY was saying. She also did a fantastic job of explaining how parts of the body work together, joints, muscles, etc., and how mine were or were not functioning as they should. The therapy movements she prescribed were tailored to my physicality.

Jenna Calo is, by far, the best physical therapist that I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with! I recently had surgery on my ankle to repair torn peroneal tendons and a few ligaments and my PT started about 2 weeks after the surgery. Jenna has been expertly ramping up my program, to the point where I am now able to do things I wasn’t sure would be possible 18 weeks after surgery. At every visit, she takes the time to listen to how I feel, assesses my progress, and formulates a plan going forward. She is also in constant communication with me between visits via email, which is an incredible personal touch! One of the best things about working with Jenna is that during my sessions, it’s just me and Jenna; there are no assistants and she spends the entire time working with me and educating me. Beyond the fact that she is an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled physical therapist, she is an absolutely beautiful person, inside and out! I cannot put into words how grateful I am for her. She has given me the ability to once again do the things that bring me so much joy and, to me, that’s priceless and life-changing. As her patient, I cannot recommend her more highly! As a nurse practitioner in the community, I’ve been recommending her outstanding services to both colleagues and patients. Jenna is truly a spectacular physical therapist and I look forward to continuing my work with her and wish her all the success for an amazing future!

I have had a great experience with Art of Motion and Jenna. Jenna has a great bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable. Her patience has uncovered the underlying issues causing my shoulder pain. She works with me to increase my foundational strength to improve my pain. I would highly recommend Art of Motion if you want to get to the bottom of your pain.

As a former dancer and current super active 40-something mom of 2 littles, I’ve got my share of aches and pains. As a personal trainer I’m usually pretty good about figuring out any pains and stretching/mobilizing my way out of it. The last few months I’ve had both a knee issue and shoulder issue that just wouldn’t quit. In just a few sessions, Jenna not only pinpointed the problems but treated me with some hands-on therapies and a few easy PT moves and I’m back to pain-free! What I love best is that Jenna didn’t tell me to STOP doing what I do (lifting weights, running, etc...) AND I felt relief after each and every session. After years of different therapies (acupuncture, chiro, other PTs) Jenna is now my go-to to help keep me IN the game of life, and refusing to grow old ;)

I absolutely loved my experience with Jenna, I have an injury from almost 10 years ago that she had helped me with tremendously. The location is quaint and intimate and she really takes the time to get to know you in the best way to be able to help you.
