Despite the mid-afternoon rush and the line at the bay backed up, they took their time to ensure they didn’t miss anything. It appears that this location has a new manager on the floor, and both the staff and supervisor were very attentive to each car. I was impressed with the quality of the work, and I extend special thanks to Jose, Kayli, and the entire crew. It’s clear that they are a hardworking team dedicated to making a difference.

Jay and the team did a phenomenal job! My truck was very dirty and they took real good care of me. They were extremely busy and still got me out in less than 10 minutes! Best car wash spot in Loudoun!

My husband is extremely meticulous about keeping a clean car. We have lived in 10 places across the country and get a car wash pass everywhere we go. This is by far the best car wash in the country with the best people and best value. The general manager is outstanding, just a genuinely kind person. He is extremely accommodating and detail oriented. His staff make sure cars come out looking perfect every single time. We cannot recommend Flagship Leesburg or any of the other flagship locations enough. Thank you to all the hard-working employees!!! Get your monthly subscription!!!

Jay and his team at the Flagship Leesburg location go above and beyond! I have a regular monthly wash plan for my car, but they exceeded expectations for my sisters van. The team is beyond friendly and exemplify what customer service should be. For a busy Saturday, they went the extra mile with their time and service. Would go nowhere else for a wash.

I always use this Carwash primarily because the manager Alex is always available working so hard with his team! He leads by example! Kudos for Alex and for the hard working employees. I really love getting my car wash in the Leesburg flagship because everyone is very thorough and friendly. Unlike other places I don’t have to worry about checking to see where they missed; like the floor mats were never thoroughly cleaned at other car washes. But my car always looks brand new after leaving Leesburg flagship!! GM-Jay is very knowledgeable and will make sure you are completely satisfied.

Great place to go for a car wash and exterior and interior details. Because of the manager Jay Aydin, this car wash location turned into a whole different top level. Everyone can see what the manager is doing. He communicates and watches out each and every single car and makes sure customers are satisfied. As well, he treats his team right so now they’re doing a great job over here at this location. Staff is very friendly and kind.Communication is the key of success and they’re communicating with the customers and their staff all the time. They make sure that they fulfilled the need of a customers or what they expect. Thank you so much Jay. Shoutout to and your team. My car is still clean after 2 weeks!!!
I have been traveling and even with all the driving my car is super clean.

I drive from Purvellville to this carwash because of the quality. When we were looking for a new house, my boyfriend had to cart our two dogs around whenever we had a showing. There was probably 2/3 of a golden retriever in the back when I brought it in for cleaning. The detail in getting the exterior clean and all that hair out of the back was much appreciated. Keep being the best!

I am very picky where I take my vehicles and this is one of the best! Excellent attention to detail, they have air hoses that they use to dry the body lines and mirrors so the water does not stream after you drive away. Wonderful atmosphere modeled after the old station with photos and paraphernalia everywhere. Very clean restrooms as well and polite staff! This is easily one of the best car washes I have been to. Pricing ranges greatly depending on what service is being completed. It's only a couple bucks for a basic wash or a few hundred for a complete detail. 10/10 would highly recommend.

The team at the Flagship Carwash of Leesburg did an outstanding job! Living among the gravel and dirt roads of western Loudoun is an ongoing challenge - so cool the way they make it all go way and shine again. I highly recommended this dedicated team.

Forgot my credit card accidentally when I went here thinking I could use Apple Pay - but the manager pulled me aside as I was leaving he told me to go and get what I needed done. Amazing service, really well done job as well on the car itself. Staff was professional and timely. Will definitely be coming back.
