My visits to Loudoun PT have been the best PT I have had.
Purvi has been my primary PT. She is a professional, skilled and caring person. I had severe lingering knee and nerve pain after knee replacement last year. Purvi has used her experience and expertise to improve my condition. She closely monitors my progress and exercise program. She has given me hope that I can improve and return to a normal life. I am feeling much better since I have come to Loudoun PT. I highly recommend Purvi and Loudoun PT!
Also had a wonderful experience with Loudoun PT's aqua therapy program. Terry is a professional, caring and excellent therapist. She is a highly skilled teacher and customizes the therapy to your needs in the water. Every time I had a water therapy session, I felt better when I left. Terry even took extra time to provide me with a written individualized water therapy plan for when I practice on my own. She is a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend.

Dr Shaista is such a great pelvic floor therapist! I have been to her to help recovery after both of my children’s births. She always greets me with a big smile and positive attitude. She is kind and compassionate in her care. I have always felt comfortable with her which is so important when seeing someone for pelvic floor therapy. The pt aides at this location are always very kind and helpful as well. The facility is clean, with nice equipment (I love being able to use the Pilates reformer!), and I appreciate that they take my insurance. I plan to go back to Dr Shaista again for my next pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Highly recommend her for any moms!

I had no idea what Occupational Therapy entailed until I showed up for my first appointment with Dr. Kristen Springer. I was shattered in multiple ways and in the hope that I would find some relief from devastating events that had unfolded in my life. Last June I fractured my pelvis in two places, was managing a bleeding ulcer, initiating a divorce and feeling like I no longer knew who I was - Dr. Springer embraced me with her warmth and kindness and was immediately able assess what part of me needed patching up first in her holistic approach to the healing process. It truly was a godsend for me that Occupational Therapy addresses both physical and mental health across the lifespan of her patients. The protocol works to provide functional independence in daily activities-occupations. This was a tremendous relief and a delight, as I needed expert attention to both areas. There were days that I showed up not feeling good, and no matter what, Dr. Springer turned the session into an invaluable experience. I graduated yesterday! I am moving toward continuing to create the wonderful life I envision for myself. I want to commend and recommend Dr. Springer, Loudoun Physical Therapy and all the excellent technicians and staff for all of their wonderful help! I am very grateful.

I came here as a new patient and I was very pleased with Shaista who was my therapist. She was extremely knowledgeable when it came to strengthening my pelvic floor. She gave me exercises that I felt, ultimately helped my pelvic floor issues and I am now able to do things that I couldn't do before! I was so amazed by the progress I made! Because I have given birth multiple times and it gets harder to bounce back to where I want to be, I was skeptical about how much progress I would make. However, Shaista was so encouraging and never gave up on me. She gave me exercises to do at home. She took her time and was guiding me every step of the way. She never once left me feeling uncomfortable, or had me feeling like I had to figure this stuff on my own. She is very compassionate, understanding, patient, and kind. We always had a great time laughing and talking as well. I will miss her very much. I also won't forget Jackie who was very kind to me and helped me with some of my exercises as well. We always talked and laughed as well and she was just a great young lady and while she doesn't work there anymore, I hope I see her again one day. I can't forget about Terri. She came to help me when I was having symptoms of dizziness during one of my sessions and she was so kind and helped take care of me until I was feeling better. She took my blood pressure and offered me a cupcake to eat so that I could start feeling better.

The front desk Kelsey and the other young lady that I forgot her name but she wears glasses and I always loved chatting with her too! They were always nice and quick to respond with any questions or concerns you may have. Tianna who works in the billing department was so kind to me and so understanding and I thank her for working with me, I only wish more offices did that.

As much as I love the staff here, I do wish that their cancellation policy wasn't so strict. As a parent, our kids get sick and that's not something we can control. Yet, they will charge a fee if you miss your appointment. I can understand that some people have abused their cancellation policies in the past however, it does make it unfair to the patients that haven't done that and truly can't make it to an appointment for good reasons and still show up the majority of the time. I can only hope that in the near future this is something they will be willing to adjust. Overall, I highly recommend this place and I will be sure to come back if I need to!

I am extremely pleased with the land and in pool aqua therapy program at LPT. All the staff are skilled and friendly to the patients and each other. I worked with Shurti, Alley, Janel, Paul and others two years ago in the PT program and Terry and her assistants in the water. And now I am completing 4 months aqua therapy. Anyone who has worked with Terry in the aqua therapy program will tell you how skilled, knowledgeable and sincere she is in helping all of us who come to her with injuries or physical limitations. Thank you, thank you, Terry, for all of your help and Jenny for the atmosphere you have created at LPT. See you soon Purdi!

Emily, Maya, Jackie, Gabby, Dr. Lucas, and Dr. Gannon, Amy and the receptionist Jenny and Kelsey are awesome employees at LPT! They’re patient, kind, and caring. They also explain things when needed. I recommend LPT to anyone who needs PT, OT, or other services that they do. The other staff that I’ve met during my PT appointments I’ve been to so far, are also kind, patient, and caring

Anybody who has interstitial cystitis knows that it is incredibly painful to live with, both physically and mentally. Dr. Kristen Springer not only gave me the tools that I needed to get better, but the hope and strength she knew I needed. Kristen is intelligent, kind, and an angel of a human being. I cannot reccomend her enough. It is possible to live a wonderful and fulfilling life with a disability such as interstitial cystitis, thank you Kristen for lighting the path forward!

I had PT with Chelsea for migraines/TMJ issues. She was incredibly helpful. She asked me questions each visit and modified the session based on my feedback. Her commitment to my health and wellness was so encouraging.

Menopause has caused many unexpected and unwanted ‘changes’ in my female parts. My gyno suggested I try Pelvic Floor Therapy. Although I had never heard of it, I decided to give it a try. I was assigned to a sweet woman named Shaista. She is the specialist for PELVIC FLOOR physical therapy. I found it very helpful and learned many new ways to handle all the changes my 58 year old body is going through. I recommend trying it out if things aren’t working like they used to.

I've now been to both locations and I have to say, both are awesome! I'm always welcomed by the front desk without having to wait for their attention!! They are so cheerful.

Aliyah Brathwaite, the PT tech is awesome. She is knowledgeable, professional totally knows what she is doing. One of the special qualities is that especially when the office is not full of people, she asks what music I would like to hear while I am on the NuTone machine.

I give Loudoun Physical Therapy 5+ stars!!!!

I rarely write reviews and even though I read a lot of them, I am just not the kind of person that enjoys typing much. Dr. Kristen Springer broke that rule. As an OT, her professionalism is truly outstanding . she is an absolutely wonderful clinician and her techniques and knowledge exceeded my expectations. I have worked with physical therapists before having the pleasure of working with Dr. Springer. Truly, she restored my hope in recovery. I have attempted multiple times and over a period of 6years to meet with different pelvic PTs but without success, I truly believed that my pelvic floor dysfunction was almost unrestorable. Dr. Springer worked with me, and through absolute dedication and respect for my spiritual, psychological, emotional, and physical realm, she built a road to success which I never thought possible. She worked with me as if my condition was personal and close to her heart. She was truly happy when we reached milestones, and was sincerely hurt for me when things weren't as expected. More than anything, she became my friend and not just my therapist. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone who is looking for a pelvic floor therapist.

When I first walked in Loudoun PT, I saw a sign on the wall that said, “Life changing results”. Pointing to it, I light-heartedly told the receptionist, “I’m here for that”. On that day, I was a mess. The victim of an ugly and debilitating illness, I struggled to walk from my car to their office. The slightest amount of physical exertion caused respiratory distress. Dressing myself was nearly impossible I had little endurance for normal household chores. Rising from a chair was laborious and took a long time. I didn’t know it, but that was about to change.
During my time as a patient at Loudoun PT, I worked with many different people: therapist, aides, and administrative staff. Without exception, they were all extraordinary. They were professional, knowledgeable, capable, and kind. That said, there are two that stand out. Dr. Alli Gannon and Dr. Shaista Ambreen worked tirelessly to pinpoint my areas of weakness and guide me back to a stronger and better functioning me. They stayed with me through frustrations, relapse, tears and, ultimately, great progress. Session after session, they met me with an unwavering and contagious resolve. Ultimately, they took me from hopelessness to health.
I am not completely well. I may never be. I still struggle a bit with many of my daily activities. But today, unlike the day I first walked in their door, I can go on a hike, I can work-out at the gym and I can take care of my house and my garden.
Simply put, Dr. Gannon and Dr Ambreen changed my life. They gave me back my life. I am humbled and profoundly grateful that these two extraordinary women put so much time and effort into helping me heal.

Truly a wonderful experience overall! I was referred to Loudoun Physical Therapy by my midwife for Pelvic Floor Therapy at my 6 week postpartum appointment. Everyone in the office was exceptional but I was truly thankful for Dr. Shaista Ambreen. She was warm, engaging, full of wisdom, detail oriented, and truly listened to my concerns so I could heal.

I learned so much from my time with Dr. Ambreen and have told many friends about both her and the necessity of Pelvic Floor Therapy. She is one of a kind, truly exceptional in every sense of the word!

About five weeks ago, I had a total knee replacement. I really didn't know much about Loudoun PT but I knew I needed to try another facility because another facility was not so great. I'm so happy I did! Janell has been awesome! Not only is she extremely professional but she's also very caring - wanting to make sure that I recover the best I can. So far, she's got me up to 127 degrees of flexion - not too bad for five weeks after surgery and I attribute this to Janell's care. I'd also like to recognize James and Phil as well. They're also very caring and professional. In fact, the whole facility operates in this fashion. Again, so happy that I found Loudoun PT.

I did prenatal and post partum pelvic floor therapy with Shai and it was a complete game changer. She made my pregnancy so much easier and I felt so much more prepared and comfortable. I went back after giving birth and she got me back in shape and feeling strong again. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She also gives the best therapy massages I’ve ever had in my life!

This is a well-run facility, nicely decorated with all equipment clean and in good condition. There are private areas as needed.
The desk personnel are welcoming and quick to respond when making appointments. The staff are helpful and friendly. Shaista Ambreem was my assigned therapist for all of my sessions. She was professional and very kind, always encouraging me regarding movements that were difficult for me to master. With her help, I made good progress. I would highly recommend Loudoun Physical Therapy.
