Inova Primary Care - Ashburn HealthPlex (Landmark Crt)

Great experience every time I come here. Dani at the checkout desk is so nice, and the lab technician who draws blood is the BEST! Whenever he draws blood, I almost never feel any pain - he must be a magician!

My experience here could not have been better. Drove a bit further as this ER had no wait time and am glad I did! I was seen immediately on a Friday morning and was called back before the paperwork was complete. Never left waiting for more than a 10-15 minutes, was diagnosed and home in a couple of hours. Best ER experience I've had.

Needed ultrasound imaging and tried FRC but delays as usual so tried Inova and they had an appointment the next day at the Health Plex in Ashburn which also has hospital facilities as well as PT on the second floor.

Front desk decent although they seemed worried on small white tape doctor used to spell diagnostic issue. Fortunately no issue with technician and procedure done quickly and efficiently and rep[ort made available later in my chart

Thank you so much for your patience with my son today for his blood draw. It means more to me then you will ever know. Dr. Nguyen also has exceptional bed side manners. We feel so blessed to have this office as our primary doctors. Even the front desk was incredibly kind and kid friendly with my son. It was an exhausting day emotionally with different things we are facing but you all made it so easy with such a loving staff and front desk. Thank you! Thank you! We have consistently had wonderful experiences here! We have had to use the ER several times between 5 family members, and they are always compassionate, encouraging, sensitive, attentive and as timely as possible. We also go to the primary care, and have had really good experiences there.

Came in around 5:30 and was in a room by 5:45 . That right there is a great start and I was met by my nurse Megan who was absolutely amazing and wonderful starting working on me right away until the doctor came in not to long after doctor Michael Pulizzi and went over everything with me and made me feel so comfortable. Just wanted to share the most pleasant experiences in a hospital setting . Thank you again for your amazing service!

I see Dr Nguyen here. I have no idea how this place has such low reviews. Dr Nguyen is truly amazing, I would recommend anyone to see him. He is caring, listens to you, and is great at educating you so you know what all of your options are and can make an informed decision. My wife and I both have had great experiences. It is a little difficult to make an appointment online, but calling in to make an appointment never gives me difficulties.

Dr. Goel is excellent and she is part of the team at this facility. She takes her time when evaluating and we have been going to her since she was in her private practice. The personnel is accommodating and very helpful when calling for appointments. Great location as it is near my home.

I've enjoyed only the highest level care at this location for the past 2 years. Everyone is professional, expedient, and been thoroughly helpful in regards to the proper billing and scheduling procedures. Thank you for keeping my family and I well and taken care of throughout these years .

Have been to the ER a lot over the past year and every time I’m in quickly and treated well. Thorough explanations each time and go through everything.

I came in for a Cat Scan, and everybody was very courteous and professional. Very nice and clean facility as well. Thank you for your prompt and excellent service!

I have been seen by melissa Dhas NP Ob/Gyn which should be a dr from her good knowledge and explanation about my issue’s. so nice and helpful.

We often visited this location for Primary Care and Pediatric Specialist. Dr. Waldman and Dr. Eliis are great. Staff is cooperative and willing to help and assist.

Haven't had any problems with this location.

The experience we have is worse than a highway rubbery. I took my son to the ER to replace the tube, and they sent us back because they did not have a tube he needed, so we went to the hospital the next day for that purpose. He was not sick or had absolutely no other problem to be there. I was very explicit that we would go the hospital if they dont have the tube, but they mention they would replace the tube for us. We trusted them and waited a bit after registration. Once he was on bed, they realized they don’t have a tube, so they measured his temperature and sent us back suggesting to go the hospital.

But they were clever enough to misuse the visit code and billed my insurance as well as me with $150 copay. I reached out to them multiple times asking for bill clarification but they kept mentioning it is unfair for me to pay the bill, and transfer the call here and there. I am going to pay this bill as they have sent me the final notice and dump this place.

What an unethical and illegal practice. They should be investigated.

Edit: They eventually cancelled my bill after multiple complaints and follow up. Much appreciated. Upgraded to 4 star considering they realized it was unfair.

I passed out in the middle of the night and went to the ER by ambulance. I had a good experience. Nurses and the doctor were attentive and explained what was being done and the results. X-rays and CT scans were done promptly. The only negative aspect of my emergency room visit was the long wait time for the off site radiologists (centralized at the Inova Fairfax location I was advised) to read my diagnostic results. After 1.5 hours of waiting, the doctor explained discharge plans as we decided to leave since I was in stable condition. In all from the time I had the X-ray and CT done to getting the results online it was 4 hours! Way too long for the middle of the night on a weekday.
