They say Jerry's Ford makes the deal and they truly do. I never bought a car from them lol. So out of that come? Because I do own a Ford mustang! And all the way I have not bought a car from here they are the top notch people to service my custom car cuz I flew out of work into it and I wanted to only be touched by people who actually know every detail of how my car works! No games no bull this is the real deal. Kind and courteous friendly is an understatement. They have luxurious lounge waiting area and very helpful sales people should you want to purchase a vehicle. But I confess lol I'm a stunner lol and when I bring my car around even the GM comes out to take videos of it! Now that brings a special place of joy because it's like wow I'm important... in this one place ... 😂 I don't know that just did it for me though I will make sure that I get every vehicle from them!!!!!!

Husband and I went to Jerry's Ford looking for a car. Phil was one of the best salesmen we've ever worked with. Up front and super easy to talk to and work with. Finance was great too. No one talked us into something we didn't want or ready for. After looking at a different car then we expected husband and I drove off with a car we are very happy with. Can't say enough great things about this dealership. Didn't waste our time, didn't pressure us to buy something we weren't 100% into and made sure we were happy with our decision. Phil made sure we got what we wanted and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be back in the future.

On Monday my starter died and I got my car fixed but I thought it was time for a replacement. I searched online and found Jerry's Ford in Leesburg almost two hours drive from my home. After communications with online sales rep Yeni and sales manager Calvin Neal I decided to take a look at a 2016 Mercedes Benz! I was already sold by the online pics but after test driving I was blown away. Excellent features including sun roof, big navigator, and 20k miles! I was definitely sold. What struck me though was the excellent customer service that I received. The entire Jerry's Ford team was great including the finance manager who did an excellent job to get me the best terms possible! This is a friendly group and the buying process was seemless. Calvin is very knowledgeable and up front from beginning to end! I am happy with my car and would not hesitate to recommend Jerry's Ford and sales manager Calvin to any person seeking a good quality affordable car!

I was very happy with the service and the results of my last service experience at Jerry's Ford. Importantly, the car was repaired in a timely manner. I was kept informed all along the way about the status of the repair. I was never surprised by costs that were not discussed and agreed to. More importantly however, the service adviser demonstrated not only a sincere desire to make this a good experience but also total honesty during the process. I for one, am more interested in whether I can trust a car repair company than whether they can do the best job in town. I think both is the case with Jerry's.

We ordered a truck for my wife through Jerry's Ford in Leesburg, VA.
It has been one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership in my 50 plus years of purchasing cars. We started with Phil who was great and guided us to Bruce Johnson who procced the order and was the main contact there after until the arrival of the truck. Bruce was very accommodating and pleasant. He remembered us and our order, kept us informed of the progress through out the process. Additionally, when ordering he had some excellent recommendations as what packages to add and avoid. We are truly thankful to him.

I had my 2021 Explorer ST towed into Jerry’s service department. They quickly troubleshooted the issue in that my vehicle had a catastrophic engine failure. My service advisor Murray kept me informed on a regular basis and quickly obtained approval from Ford Corporate to cover all repairs and engine replacement under warranty. The technician Ryan was thorough and exhibited a lot of skill in restoring my Explorer to like new condition. When I got my truck back, it was as if that engine failure never happened. They also gave me a loaner car while they were working on mine. I appreciate the work done on my vehicle and highly recommend.
