Michelle at the lab is absolutely the best. Every time I have to get blood work done I look for her because she’s the most professional, friendly, and fast. Most importantly, she doesn’t hurt me. I never feel any pain when she’s sticking me with the needle. I’ve gotten bruises from others here before but never from her.

Yasmina is pleasant and did wonderful job . She is the best. I always appreciate her help. Dr. Nguyen is amazing. I received full care and I recommend Kaiser.

I love the efficiency and care that I receive at the Ashburn Kaiser Permanente. Yashmina and Dr Afshari are always helpful, professional and caring. My visits at Kaiser in Ashburn are always on time, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes. This is just one of the reasons I like Kaiser Permanente.

Yashmina is very professional. I had painless shot today and feel pleased from her service. Dr. Athwal is always great.

Urgent Care at the Ashburn location has been much needed and very helpful for our family. We live in Lovettsville so being able to travel to Ashburn and not Reston is great especially when kids are t feeling well!

I made a quick run to the pharmacy today and had the pleasure of meeting Amber, pharmacy representative. The pharmacy was a little busy at the time and Amber jumped right into assist with a big smile on her face. I felt Amber's warm spirit instantly and I immediately began to feel better. I am very excited Michelle is back at the lab at Kaiser!! She is amazing and honestly, the best phlebotomist around! I was sad years ago when she left but I am so happy she is back!

We hav visited lactation department for consultation, met with Theo, she’s very professional and kind, gave us really nice advice and tips that helped a lot with feeding our baby… strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with her for lactation.

Friendly staff and fast service at Ashburn Kaiser. Hasima welcomed me and I only had to wait 45 sec in the waiting room. Highly recommend this location.

But NEVER EVER USE VENDING MACHINES AT THE WAITING ROOM… its not the first time but at every visit my kids want to get something from the machine and machine only takes money but does’t release items. Last time I tried 4 times. My credit card was charged 4 times and then I had to spend another 15 min with a customer service agent over the phone explaining all my personal details.

Nelly is very sweet and dr easwaran is awesome I like kaiser. Yashmina and the team are so professional. I love the service .

Went to the urgent care facility for a car accident, just muscle soreness but the staff is amazing. Shout out to Dr. Brennan in the urgent care ward and Amir the technician! You guys made us feel cared for!

I cannot say enough about the staff in Ashburn, Dr. Nguyen has taken excellent care of me for seven years or so, always makes me feel special when I am here. He’s thorough, and very good at explaining, and always takes the time to listen to me.
His assistant/clinical nurse, Claudia, is a breath of fresh air, always glad to see me, and again, I feel very happy to have found this Kaiser. The five stars is for this particular medical office, Dr. Nguyen and Claudia, I thank them so much for caring!

This is a great facility with excellent staff. They take great pains to ensure the best service and concern for the wellbeing of their patients.
