Shams had helped us buy a Jeep Wrangler and it was a great experience because he knew what we were exactly looking for and had helped us get our car for a very reasonable and affordable price. The great thing is that the whole process did not take long at all, it was a very fast and easy process. Will be going back to him in the future!

I was in dire need of a car and I had went to the dealership not knowing what to get, only with a budget and the dealers had helped me with everything. It was a very friendly and a very experienced dealership and had do problems whatsoever.

We purchased a 2002 Subaru outback from this dealership and a 3 month warranty to cover anything major that may come up once we purchased it. A week after we purchased it, we took it to a Subaru dealership because of a noise we heard under the car and to have it thoroughly looked over - the noise was the differential, that was only the beginning, the transmission was on its last leg and had to be replaced, while test driving it after the transmission and differential were replaced, the muffler fell off. The worse part about this entire experience, the differential and transmission were suppose to be covered by the warranty that we purchased, but Penn Warranty Co made it so difficult for us - first they wanted our mechanic to take everything apart so that an adjuster could come see the problem, when the mechanic called for the adjuster to come out the Penn Warranty Co said they wanted the mechanic to send the parts somewhere. Bottom line, we paid $4,150 for the used car and $7,000 to have the car repaired. Sham and his associates seem extremely nice, they want your business, they promised us the warranty company would take care of all the problems - THEY LIED. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I believe Speed Auto Sales knowingly sold me a car with a faulty computer and a damaged transmission. They explained away what seemed like a minor issue during my test drive, and the issue persisted after I drove it away. I have spent an extra $2,000 replacing components, trying to avoid a total transmission replacement, but my issue is still not totally fixed. They were careful to point out that I was buying the car "as-is" and then sold me a warranty that would not cover my issue. Buyer beware.
