We’ve received excellent care from Dr. Idrees for years. He has taken care of our elderly Mothers, Now us ( now elderly), our children, and now our Grandchildren. We always get the attention and care we need.

Relatively quick, pleasant doc and front desk staff. Doc seemed to ask all the right questions, made a thorough review and quick diagnosis, and had some VERY useful advice about the local pharmacies. Office is somewhat shabby but clean. Recommend.

Dr. Idrees is a humble man and fantastic diagnostician. Great to get appt for urgent care and be seen quickly or be able to make any appt (he is also my primary care doctor).

I see other reviews about not letting you see the doctor without a copay. I have never paid a copay one time and have been seen here at least 10 times for regular and urgent care visits.

And he really cares. I moved to MarylAnd and drive an hour and a half whenever my family needs any medical attention to see him because I trust him with myself my children and my senior mom.

Definitely a small town office. I think the front door is broken? Because it was locked and i walked around to the back (emergency exit) door where it was clear they had tried to make it feel like an office entrance. There was a table with paperwork and instructions on what to do if you were being sent for covid symptoms. I walked past all that and entered the waiting room (which i had seen through the glass on the locked front door).

I was seen pretty quickly on a Friday afternoon, so I’m really thankful. The care I received was great and thats what really matters.

Including a picture of the bed in the patient room because I haven’t seen one with a crank in ages!! And that welchallyn setup on the wall screams #vintagecharm

Dr Irfan is extremely knowledgeable and seems to have strong experience in pulling out the problem out of the body. I have been twice there for my son and myself in acute trouble times. Appointments were easy and results were awesome. Highly recommend visiting him!

The staff and Dr Idrees are awesome. Efficient and caring. Would highly recommend.

Went in with need of blood work to determine type 1 or 2 diabetes.

Kayleigh was super helpful up front as she was busy with answering phones, scanning, and helping new patients like myself.

Only waited 10ish minutes as I had no appointment. I saw Dr. Idrees and within 15 minutes I got my blood work done and got info I needed to proceed further.

Was nervous about seeing/trusting a doctor as I hadn’t seen one in 7 years and Dr. Idrees was delightful!

Dr. Idrees is fantastic. He cares. In a time when so many doctor doubt the sense of their patients, he listens carefully to your concerns. He takes time to explain and even though he's busy, he spends the time necessary to give excellent care. He's always prescribed the appropriate drugs for whatever ails me or a family member. The waiting room can be busy but without an appointment I'd say the average wait is 20 min. Not bad. All in all I couldn't give a bigger recommendation to my neighbors and friends.

Went today due to sore throat. Dr was fast and efficient-as was his office staff. When I got to the pharmacy after the visit, my prescription was already filled and waiting. Excellent experience.

Dr. Idrees is a gem! It’s very rare you find such knowledgeable and humble doctors around here. . He is a king Edward graduate and it shows. He does not have nurses or other assistance that draws blood or take vitals. He does all by himself and connects with a patient not like a number but a human being. He gives complete undivided and individual treatment. One time he was doing a physical and notice lot of fax in my ear. Guess what he immediately just removed it himself. Other doctors would have seen this as a trivial lowly work but he does not has any ego. Not only that he would perform small surgeries that other doctors will send to specialist. I would hands down highly recommend Dr. Idrees.

First time patient. Fast, efficient, very professional, short wait time to be seen, Rx was sent around the corner to Purcellville Pharmacy, it was ready and waiting 15 minutes later.

I have been going to Dr Idree’s for years. Starting with a surprisingly through pre-op physical ; he became my pcp. He is a board certified internal medicine physician. He noticed I had pink eye when I was coming in for a totally different complaint. He is the Sherlock Holmes of physicians, because he listens , and is very observant. Also, he has hospital privileges, and knows all the good specialists in the area.

Dr. Indrees was fantastic! We waited a long time to see him but oh so worth it.
My college son was home for just the weekend. Sleeping all weekend with headache and stomach pain, dizzy, low grade temp. and some other general symptoms. He had been to medical at school and told dehydration. Dr. Indrees listened to the whole story and said “my friend, I think we are going to look into this a bit further”. He was patient and asked excellent questions including “would you say you are an indoor activity guy or outdoor activity guy?” That was KEY!! Camp counselor in MO all summer, climbed mountain in CO in Aug and plays lacrosse. Outdoor guy ✔ Diagnosed with Lymes disease with elevated liver enzymes ( lost 10 lbs). My son had to drive back to school which is 10+ hours the day we saw the doctor but as soon as results were in he called us to inform and started treatment! As a mom, i am incredibly thankful for Dr. Indrees availability ( urgent care) AND for his listening and discernment to get to the right diagnosis!

It looked like my daughter had gotten pink eye; I called her normal pediatrician at 4:25, but they wouldn't stay late to check her out. I called VA Med and although they closed at 5PM, they said as long as we were there by 4:50 they would take us. Our first trip there, but the Dr was very calm and patient, made sure there wasn't anything else that may be causing the pink eye (strep, etc). Very happy and great bedside manner for my 5 year old. Glad to see them in our town.

I have been coming here sense I was in forth grade and I am now in college. Dr. Idrees is wonderful and incredibly helpful and attentive. When I came here for the first time I was having my first allergic reaction, as I was taken back to a room my throat closed completely. The Dr. Rushed in he quickly gave me a shot of epinephrine while keeping me calm, he had me stay for an hour so he could make sure I was alright and checked on me frequently. He saved my life. If he hadn't noticed the shape I was in and waited to see me in order I would have died. Ever sense then he has been my primary care dr. Due to my health complications I am here frequently but he has never been anything other than kind and understanding to me and my family. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Idrees is an exceptional physician, smarter and more qualified than most, I invariably receive his undivided attention, he sincerely looks after and provides for his patients, his diagnosis and cure is consistently dependable.

The doctors visit was pretty typical, but the service after the fact prompted me to write this review. The rite-aid in purcellville had a limited amount of my prescribed antibiotic, and i was leaving town for thanksgiving before i would be able to pick up the rest. Rite-aid would not transfer the prescription because i had already picked up 2 days worth, so i called Dr. Idrees office to see if they could xfer to my holiday destination. I got a call back from Dr. Idrees himself a few hours later confirming that he had called my Rx into the pharmacy i had requested. Holly (receptionist) was also very pleasant in the office and on the phone.

An attached tick issue bfrought me to the door at opening time, a new patient surprised to see several people waiting already. The waiting room filled right away, but how fast checkin was and how soon I saw the doctor left me very pleased. I will have no hesitation about coming here for more serious issues.
