Throughout my day of visiting multiple Kia dealerships, I found my experience at your dealership to be the most pleasant. Our visit here resulted in a swift car purchase compared to the other dealerships we visited. I must commend Ollie McMahon, my phenomenal sales representative, who ensured a seamless process and deserves a 10/10 rating from me. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge Liz Mendoza for her assistance in finding the most cost-effective rate and patiently explaining everything to me as a first-time buyer. The professionalism and helpfulness exhibited by your dealership and the individuals who assisted me, namely Ollie and Liz, were exceptional. I am grateful for their support, and I now have my new car thanks to them.

We purchased an EV9 from this dealership and found the experience to be one of the best we've had out of all of our dealership experiences in the past 10 years. Our salesperson, Gary, was not only very helpful with working with us to meet our budget, but he also continued to provide excellent service after the sale. He never pressured us to buy anything we weren't interested in and didn't try any cheap sales tricks we've had thrown our way at other dealerships. They also have a dedicated customer relationship team and we had the pleasure of working with Jasmine who was responsive and seemed like she genuinely cared about us being completely satisfied with our purchase. We even had a chance to speak with Brian who is the general manager at this dealership and it was clear to see his enthusiasm for wanting to interact and help customers.

Overall, we are happy with the car we purchased, the level of customer service we received from each employee and can definitely recommend you at least stop by this dealership if you're considering buying a Kia. If every dealer was able to provide similar pre/post sale service to what we received here, it would make a strong case for dealerships to stick around instead of transitioning to direct-to-consumer sales.

Come here for the best car buying experience! I just purchased a new car there last night and I am beyond satisfied with the service and attention to detail given by my salesman, Carlos Ortiz. I have purchased 7 brand new cars in the past 8 years and this experience was the BEST by far. He made what can sometimes be an unnerving process quite enjoyable. The finance manager, Mr. Yoo, was also extremely personable and joy to work with. The two of them made my day! Honorable mention to the receptionist who was so warm and welcoming despite the horrid weather, she was such a breath of fresh air. I had been trying to get a car for months. I seen a car I wanted and told the sales person Ollie what I was going through trying to get a car. I was approved for a car and I had great customer service with Ollie. All in All it was a great experience. Check them out and ask for Ollie.

I’ve bought more cars in the last 10 years than you could possibly imagine. I tend to deal with the same dealers and the same GM’s because I don’t want the games or runaround. I was hesitant about reaching out to this dealer, but I could not have been more impressed. They were responsive and informative yet not pushy. They were easy to work with, a pleasure to do business with and a dealership that I would work with in the future.

I bought my first car just under 3 years ago and my salesman was Mo. He was super helpful in the process and incredibly nice.

A few days ago I visited Kia because my Kia Soul had a recall. I sat in the waiting room for a couple hours. After Mo realized how long I was there he offered me some pizza and someone to talk to. He continued to be super nice and considerate. lastly I told him that after I upgraded my phone my apple carplay would connect. Mo then fixed it in 5 minutes.

From the minute I texted the dealership, they were nothing but professional, honest and very different from other dealer horror stories you hear about.

The Sales Representative Nima, answered my text immediately and answered all my questions professionally and promptly.

I wanted to make a deal with the manager before traveling 2 hours in traffic. One of the managers Tim, called me within minutes. We discussed the vehicle of my interest, he answered my questions, we came to an agreement and he put it all together, so I wouldn't have to sit at the dealership long.

After my test drive, we sat with Wilson, the business manager, who I can't praise enough. Not only did he beat my credit unions rate, he was very pleasant to deal with on all the other products we wanted to discuss, even though it was after 9pm.
If you want a great experience buying or selling your vehicle, you must go see these guys, I wish they were in my hometown.

Came into resolve a couple of warranty items and on our 1 year old vehicle. Had a terrible experience with a MD-based dealership (where the vehicle was originally purchased) from a service perspective as they didn’t do the job right. Brought it Dulles Kia …Justin gave detailed explanation of the problem, fix, with timely updates & got it all resolved. Waiting area is also good with multiple seating options.

Outstanding experience from our first inquiries to the closing of the transaction, and we love our new Kia K5 GT. Especially happy with the service from Ishwa. She is an honest, attentive, considerate and thorough saleperson. We visited several other Kia dealerships in the general DC/Maryland/Virginia area and this was by far the one with the most professional staff. Since there isn't a big difference in price on these new cars at the various dealerships, it really comes down to the service experience one has, and that's why I give my highest recommendation to Dulles Kia and Ishwa. Hands down One of the best experiences. I was severely anxious and had an unfathomed amount of questions and concerns. Bruno not only made me feel more than comfortable in my choice, but very thorough with knowledge in answering my questions and concerns. Ashley and Bruno made this such an easy process. Very clean and professional place to purchase a vehicle. Dulles Kia is truly honest and they will assist you get a best deal for the vehicle. Especially, other dealer shops are very aggressive for their dealer mark up and not cooperative. However, this dealership is able to cooperate with you and give the similar MSRP price. Ishwa was my salesperson she is very kind, delightful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
