From the moment I stepped into the establishment, I was greeted with a warm and inviting ambiance that promised a memorable dining experience. And memorable it was, especially when it came to the MST Burger, an absolute masterpiece of culinary skill. The burger was cooked to perfection, with a juicy, flavorful patty that melded beautifully with its premium toppings, nestled between a soft, yet sturdy bun that held everything together impeccably. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, perfectly balanced and utterly satisfying.

But what truly elevated the meal was the Arnold Palmer I ordered to accompany my burger. It was, without exaggeration, the best I’ve ever had. The blend of iced tea and lemonade was flawlessly executed, achieving a harmonious balance between the two that was both refreshing and invigorating. It was the perfect complement to the rich, savory burger, cleansing the palate and enhancing the overall dining experience.

The service at the restaurant was also noteworthy. Our waiter, John, was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations and ensuring that my meal was enjoyable from start to finish. The atmosphere of the restaurant, with its comfortable seating and tasteful decor, made for a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.

In summary, this dining experience was exceptional. The MST Burger was a revelation, and the Arnold Palmer was the perfect accompaniment, both contributing to a meal that I won’t soon forget. This restaurant has set a new standard for what I expect from dining out in Orange, and I eagerly look forward to my next visit.

Service was prompt and polite. The food has always been wonderful. They had 2 non alcohol beers to offer and a fabulous carrot cake. Sadly last time we were there their unique and very tasty steak and cheese sub was not on the menu.

I came in here at approximately 3pm while waiting for my wife to perform a show, teaching children about science at a middle school a few minutes away.

I was greeted warmly & was given an appropriate amount of attention. This place was the quintessential gem hidden in small town America! From EVERY business in the block flying an American flag 🇺🇸 to the classic “Southern hospitality!” What a wonderful Oasis.

Loved the atmosphere and let me tell you, without any hesitation, to try the meatloaf! It is bacon wrapped, and topped with this amazing spicy barbecue sauce that is fairly spicy, but not at the expense of the flavor! I subbed tater tots for the mashed potatoes & had the green beans. And it was awesome!

I had a few experience & would definitely return when in the area again!

First time visiting with friends and are from out of town. Marcus was our server & was excellent - very friendly & attentive. Two of us had the fish & chips (catfish), one had the meatloaf & one had the "build a burger" & finished our meal with coffee & chocolate cake. We had a lovely evening- delicious food & great service! We can't wait to visit again when we are in town.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Our first time in, and we’ll definitely be back. Everything was delicious! *Highly* recommend the pineapple upside down cake martini (pictured) to start off. We had one of the specials, the brie and fig flatbread (not pictured…eaten too quickly), which was fantastic. The entrees (meatloaf and the salmon special, both pictured) were to die for. Highly recommend!

Loved the food and the decor! I had the pan-roasted pear salad, which had a great blend of flavors. My husband got one of the specials (fish and chips) that had generous portions of fish that were well seasoned and not that greasy.

Great place for dressed-up pub food!

Had an amazing experience at MST tonight! I've been a few times, but this was the first time sitting on their outdoor patio. Great atmosphere and really great food too. I had the crabcake and it was such a good summery meal. Marcus took care of us and did an excellent job. Highly recommend visiting!

Sat at the bar and had parpadelle with salmon, boyfriend had the pan seared salmon. The pasta was fresh, and the food greatly exceeded our expectations. Everything was more than well priced. We had 4 drinks between us, and the total bill was under $90. There's really something for everyone and all price points. We chatted up the owner, Jackie, and she was super awesome. We were more than impressed with a place that's only been open 3 months. 100% recommend, and we'll be back the next time we're in town.

Really interesting atmosphere, every staff we interacted with was friendly and the food from the wings, to the chicken sandwich and the chocolate cake was great. We would definitely go back!

This place…is AWESOME. The level of service I received from the bartender Billy was exceptional. His knowledge of drinks and the menu items along with his recommendations created an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this establishment, and recommend that you ask for Billy to assist you if you’re a true foodie.

As good as the food is, and it is very good, the staff is even better. Enjoy an amazing ambiance while you dine on great food and talk to staff that make you feel like you’re the only customer. The menu is condensed with great variety and the cocktails are delicious.

Loved everything about this place: food, ambiance, decor & staff. Not far from route 29 in a lovely town. We stumbled upon it when driving southbound on 29 to visit family. We were originally going to search for a place in Charlottesville but are so glad our stomachs called us to eat sooner. The owner has really put her heart and soul into this place--it shows. Next time we drive this way we will definitely stop.

The food was amazing! They accommodated our group of 5 adults and 2 kids (1 in a high chair) quickly. Everyone, including those with a lot of restrictions (dairy, gluten, soy), had a lot of options. The kids menu was good, and the drink options were great! The bartender had excellent presentation for the old fashioned I ordered and it was delicious! Our waitress was so kind and patient with our order and checking in on us for drink refills and making sure everything was correct. A bit on the pricier side and parking was all street or a small lot across the street but definitely worth it and will return again!!

We had a wonderful meal at Main Street Tavern! The Buffalo Wings were phenomenal, and so was the Pan-Roasted Pear Salad. We got dessert to go — Limoncello Cake and Flourless Chocolate Torte. They were both divine. Our server, Grace, was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Stylishly modern decor, elegant atmosphere, and welcoming staff. Highly recommended!

We love the new outside dining space! The food and service are top notch! The desserts are also really really good! We enjoyed talking to our waiter and had a fantastic ‘ date night’ in our little town of Orange! Highly recommend Main Street Tavern!

WOW. I was singularly impressed with the chic venue, stellar service, and Jason's flawlessly executed catfish. The slaw was ideal, and the chips precisely as they should be. This place was a real gem!

Mushroom linguini and the roasted pear salad very good! Good food, drinks, priced right. Good staff. A great small town place to eat!
