I honestly have nothing bad to say about this pharmacy.
They actually cared and tried to find a med for my child. Very kind and helpful.
They also text you when your med is ready!
Very convenient!!
There’s a lady, I think she’s a tech but she is so kind and polite even on the phone.

처음에 보고..순간 문닫은줄 알았음.

Lied about insurance !!!
I got a cough medication Rx from my primary. Due to supply from manufacturer, Kroger, Walmart and CVS did not have the med. The primary office told me that Yoo pharmacist had it and they would send the Rx to Yoo. I stopped by and the tech (I am not even sure if she is a certified Rx tech) told me that it was not covered by insurance. And she walked over to the pharmacist and he immediately repeated that it was not covered. THEY HAD NOT EVEN ASKED FOR MY INSURANCE INFORMATION. I told them the other pharmacies just don't have them and it was covered by the insurance. As I was walking out, the pharmacist yelled and said again, "it is not covered by insurance." I came to local Kroger pharmacy to pick up other med. I confirmed that IT WAS COVERED BY MY INSURANCE WITH COPAY OF $5. I will report them to the proper jurisdiction.

Also, the space is full with junk they try to sell. Behind the counter, people have to jump over things to move around as they have so much stuff on the floor and on the counter. I would never get mine filled here.

엄청나게 불친절 합니다. 특히 남자분. 몰라서 물어보는 건데 귀찮으신지 말투가 굉장히 기분이 나쁘게 말하시더군요. 다시는 방문 안할겁니다. 멀리 있어도 다른 약국 추천 합니다.

This pharmacy is a terrible place.
This place is really a waste of a star. My prescription was just one ointment and one pill. However, they had to wait 40 minutes in the narrow place where they could not move. I'm never going to go again. Again, the prescription is just one pill and one ointment. Do you understand in 40 minutes to.? And they didn't say a word about sorry for being late.
이 약국은 정말 별 하나 주기도 아깝다. 사람들은 점점 배가 불러간다. 비지니스를 처음 시작할때와 다르게 배가 불러간다. 너 없어도 돼!!. 이런 언행을 하는 순간 망조가 들기 시작한다. 나는 아들의 처방전을 가지고 방문을 했다. 여러가지 약으로 조제 하는것도 아니고 연고 하나와 알약 한 종류를 주는데 40분을 기다리게 했다. 첨 들은 생각은 약을 모르는 사람이 약을 팔고있나?라는 생각도 들어 신뢰가 가지 않기 시작했다. 심지어 나보다 늦게 온 손님을 먼저주는 해프닝도 일어나 어이가 없었다. 어쩌다 그 약사라는 사람이 나와 눈이 마주치면 금방 나올거에요. 라는 웃기는 말만 해대고 있었다. 어이가 없었지만 참았다. 내가 여길 다시 방문하면 성을 갈겠다. 나 하나 안간다고 이곳이 망하지는 않을거다 하지만 이런식이면 고객의 불만은 쌓일것이다. 난 아직도 이해가 안간다. 처방전은 단지 알약 한 종류와 연고 하나다. 이걸 주는데 40분이라면 이해가 가나?. 그리고 그들은 늦어서 미안하다는 말 한마디를 안했다.
