Fresh and delicous... good variety of rice and noodles, Pho is very authentic.. and addicting. Bobba teas and Vietnamese coffees!

I was so incredibly impressed by the owner. He was working alone serving and cooking and our food came out so fast. The pho i great it is not to over seasoned so that you can still taste the beefiness in the broth. The meat and the meatballs are great. Today was the second time I ate there in a month and I will continue to go each week and Togo is awesome. He takes such good care of customers.

Me and husband went here one night when they were about to close and they seated us anyways. The owner seated us then served us some of the best Pho I have ever eaten. The spring rolls were to die for and he chit chatted with us. Overall I give this place a 5 star +++++++ review. It was clean, the food was delicious and fresh. We will definitely be going back!!!

I have been waiting since pre COVID for this place to open. After viewing their menu I wondered how they would compete with Pho House on Grand Ave.
We ordered today through Doordash. We tried their Tofu Spring Rolls, Tofu Bahn Mi and Pho. They definitely do their Tofu differently. It appears that they soak it in a curry sauce, giving it a delightful flavor. Their Spring Rolls are made fresh and were delicious! Their Pho was basic but flavor was good.
I don't think it would be fair to compare the two restaurants. It all comes down to flavor and what your taste buds are in the mood for.
They currently only offer take-out. I love that I have another vegetarian option in town!

Had lunch here on the 4th. Amazing food- the eggrolls, which I thought would be just a standard eggroll like every other place- was SO INCREDIBLE... the spices, the texture, the after-taste! Amazing. I also had the grilled pork noodle bowl- SO GOOD... everything was fresh, had lots of flavor. Very impressed with the cooking. The service was not bad as others noted, but it was kind of slow when we were there. Will definitely go back every time I'm in town.

Firstly I need to say that I’m of full Vietnamese ethnicity, and I tried the egg rolls, spring roll, and wonton egg noodle soup. It was so difficult trying to decide what to order bc the menu had all my favorite dishes! And everything tasted delicious and definitely authentic. The pho noodles are exactly what they’re supposed to be, not vermicelli noodles at all. The owner was very kind and attentive, and I appreciate his efforts introducing this amazing cuisine to Hot Springs. Yes they’re just starting out but to everyone there : Cảm ơn - thức ăn rất ngon!! 👍🏻

This is my second time eating here and it's been great both times! The spring rolls are fresh and tasty and so are the Bahn mi sandwiches! I also love the noodles bowls. I love this place!

Excellent food and nice owners. I got their egg rolls, Vietnamese ham bahn mi sandwich, and taro boba tea smoothie. They just opened 6 days ago and after eating there I can see that they will be a real gem in the local community. Pro tip: after eating your delicious egg rolls, use the left over chili sauce on your bahn mi. Makes a 10/10 a 12/10.

Editing after I've been here again. This place is awesome. I've missed good pho cause all we had was the pho one on grand and that place hasn't been "really good" for years. It being the only Vietnamese place in town was the only reason I went there, and even then I decided almost a year ago that I'd rather start driving to little rock for good Vietnamese food. But now we have this place! I really hope it keeps working out. This is the flavor from my childhood, not just a flavor I've gotten used to over the years or settled with over the years. The broth itself is just so good I can't even emphasize enough. The only reason I'm here editing is because I went to look up their hours so I could go there and wanted to update. If I could eat this everyday I would. Good springs rolls, good pho, good bun, nice people.

I see people say speed is an issue and I think those people don't pay any attention before they complain. It's the one dude up front. That's who he's got to serve you. Himself. It's a new restaurant with less money to throw around than the McDonald's you're used to, of course there will be hiccups with service speed. I'd rather have someone as nice as him than someone hovering by my table for me to need a tissue. There's a different between constructive criticism and just complaining cause you decided to go wait 45 minutes at bww rather than 15 minutes here.

It's honestly not often I leave a 5 star review. Buy oh man I wasn't expecting this to be this good. I was concerned when I didn't receive any hoisin with my food, and the broth was so light I thought there was no way it was gonna be flavorful. I was WRONG. This is the best pho I've had in the state. I really didn't expect it. It was quick, the people were nice, and it tastes damn amazing. Meat was super thin and cooked quickly, even after the drive home. No onions, but there's onion flavor in the broth itself.

The other place has gotten expensive and the sizes have gotten smaller. This is gonna be where I go from now on. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

A cute little place that was very clean and tidy. I ordered the tofu lemongrass noodle bowl as well as shrimp spring roll. Everything tasted good, I definitely plan to return.

I love the viatnamese bistro. I had the best homemade wonton soup ive ever had and a fresh and light grilled pork bowl with vermicelli noodles. Friendly service and clean, calm atmosphere. I was very impressed. You are missing out if you havent tried them out.

Ordered green milk tea and the beef bahn mi. The food was ready quickly, the owner was super nice, and food was amazing. I'll probably start stopping here whenever we go to TJMaxx. Wife says it's 10/10.

Super good - just moved from Phoenix and was afraid I couldn’t find good Pho in hot springs but I was wrong. Delicious broth and not too sweet which is a peeve of mine with some pho broths.

The customer service was great. They were so nice and helpful and the food here is absolutely delicious! I have been back a few times now and never been disappointed. Looking forward to trying more items on the menu!

This place is great! My husband and I recently moved from Minneapolis and were really missing a good Bahn Mi! We will definitely be returning!!

Went in just because we seen it as we was driving around me and my wife were seated immediately and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable the spring rolls was absolutely amazing and there housemade peanut sauce is to die for the pho is amazing as well great atmosphere the owner was also very helpful and very respectful will definitely be back

The Bahn Mi are incredible and best sandwich in town! Waiting for cooler weather to try the Pho.

Highly recommend! Delicious banh mi sandwiches and soup, and this boba is the best I have found in Central AR!
