Club Bamboo South

My stay at Club Bamboo South was magnificent. Your room is situated right on Bradenton Beach, and your walk to the ocean is about 3 minutes (maybe, 60 seconds if you run). I had a studio with balcony room, so I often sat right on the balcony and watched the water. There is a microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator with a freezer. And, they provide pots, pans, plates, and silverware. Compared to some other properties on AMI, this is also a budget friendly property. There were some signs of weather damage on the exterior when I was there (September 2021). Nothing too bad. Parking is limited on the island, but I was given one reserved space for my stay. I plan to return in the near future.

Anna Maria Island is absolutely beautiful. We have stayed at Club Bamboo South before and I am about to book again for this year. CBS is right on the ocean with beautiful views.

Last minute find! Clean gulfront private balcony room. After hours check in easy with office staff. Highly recommend.

Pretty nice place. Little changes could make a good experience, great. They don't allow smoking in rooms, but smoking on the balconys makes sitting outside and enjoying yourself impossible for a non smoker/someone with breathing issues. Multiple times we were sitting outside relaxing and people would start smoking and force us inside. The front of the building has no windows so would be ideal for a smoking area. The cleanliness could be slightly better. It wasn't gross by any means, but things are dusty and the ac vents hadn't been cleaned. I don't want to sit or breathe in someone else's filth so we had to clean/dust basic things and cleaned the ac filters ourselves(caked on) . The bath tub didn't drain well so cleaning the ac filters left gunk all over the tub. We ended up calling management for the slow drain. They were very propmt and showed up to fix it within 10 mins. Our unit has signs to not leave things on the beach and to not leave lights on for the turtles. Multiple other renters left tents on the beach and had very bright lights on all night, both horrible for the turtles. Management should be working to enforce this better. Twice we couldn't park because non guests were parked in our lot. They have signs saying they will tow if you don't have parking pass but we never saw that enforced. Lastly the outside trash cans/dumpster haven't been emptied in weeks it seems, so they are overflowing all over the ground. Really takes away from the feeling of the area. The view and walk to the beach is amazing though.

A cozy set of Condominiums, most of which are available for rent, which sits directly on the beach with beautiful views of the gulf and the sunsets. It appears that the rooms all have different owners and the furnishings and decorations in each are all uniquely different. All the rooms have balconies facing the ocean with sliding glass doors. The room was clean and well-stocked, the property is two stories has adequate parking, multiple grills, and a swimming pool fenced-in, with the ocean view. There are several restaurants and a Publix nearby, but as of May 2018 there were very few delivery services serving the address. This is not a party place, it's very quiet and relaxing and they have strict rules about noise. The staff was friendly and helpful and secretly loan out beach umbrellas. ;-)

This place is incredible! Great clean condo right on the beach. The on site rental company is the way to go as the condos they rent are top quality! Don't rent through an off site company as the few condos they rent are inferior and not well maintained. I will definitely return.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it is right on the private beach! Absolutely would recommend to anyone. We will be back again.

Great service, very clean room, walking distance to the beach from the back of the hotel. View from room was great. All around a great stay and plan on staying there again.

Perfect place right on the beach. It is where we always stay when in the area. Very relaxed and laid back. Nice swimming pool, and the rooms are perfect for a couple or small family.

My wife and I are booked for our 4th trip in a row for a ten day period in the upcoming summer. This place has the best view, customer service and location in the area and by far the most bang for your buck!! Looking forward to future vacations already. Thanks again

I LOVE CLUB BAMBOO SOUTH!! The Sarasota/Bradenton area has recently been voted the happiest place in the country...and Conde Nast just named Coquina Beach on Anna Maria Island, in the top 5 sand beaches in the WORLD. I stayed in the newly renovated Suite 121 at club bamboo south, for most of March (2015) and had the time of my life!!!

This beautifully appointed, modern, and VERY COMFORTABLE room, has tile throughout...the floors look like a weathered oceanfront boardwalk, but are actually porcelain tile. MORE IMPORTANTLY, there are no words in the english language, to adequately describe the gulf views from the 100 sq. ft lanai...PARADISE FOUND! I'll be back again and again.

Great little place. They have everything you need for a nice getaway. Very clean and well maintained. Wonderful view of the Gulf.

Amazing views, great accommodations. Within walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife, also on the route of many free transportation options.

Love this place! It has become a family tradition to come here every summer. And we a never disappointed. Worth every penny!
