I have stayed in Dan's Condo for many years at various times ..This time however was the 1st SUMMER VACATION on the island. I was a bit hesitant on account of the high temps and humidity levels but soon found out I was in the perfect place..sat at the pool..and every evening totally enjoyed a beautiful sunset while sitting on the beach along with a comfortable gulf breeze.Dan has been our host for all seasons now and he makes it as simple as possible...I have seen many of his upgrades and appreciate the fact that he does not want to disappoint us guests.This trip I finally made it to the Circus Museum and took a tour of the Ringling Mansion and it's grounds plus the Art Museum that is located on the property in Sarasota about a 30 min ride.

This was my 4th stay at Dan's 2 bdrm condo at Runaway Bay. We always enjoy our stay as his condo is meticulously cared for and nicely decorated and has everything we need for our paradise beach stay! Dan is responsive to any questions we have and available 24/7! So nice to work directly with the condo owner!. HIs condo is steps away from the beach and walking distance to many nice restaurants and shopping on Bridge Street. Runaway Bay has a nice large pool, Pickle ball courts and modern fitness center on site. Highly recommend a stay with Dan's Florida Condos!

Dans Condo in Runaway Bay was an amazing spot to relax, enjoy the beaches and take in the Anna Maria vibe. Dan was very organized, helpful & answered all of our questions. His email communication was quick & efficient. The condo was cozy, comfortable & quiet. We prepared meals in the condo& appreciated the use of a good toaster & blender. The king bed was super comfortable & rivals our sleep number bed. Dan was open to suggestions made for new items to be purchased for renters use. We appreciated the beach wagon, chairs & umbrella that was used daily on the beach-just steps away. Loved rocking in chairs on the lanai each evening. Overall; a wonderful vacation! Looking forward to our return trip to Runaway Bay. Steve& Gail/ MN

Just returned home after spending two glorious weeks at Dan’s Florida Condo. We’ve stayed with Dan’s numerous times, but I have to say this time, the weather was perfect!
The two bedroom condo was also perfect! Our son and daughter in law joined us for a long week, and they were very comfortable with us. If we had any problems, or concerns, Dan was a short text away (and he answered super quick). The fully equipped kitchen, along with the in condo laundry, was greatly appreciated!
An added bonus this stay, Dan was staying in his one bedroom condo, and we had the opportunity to visit with him! A great person to work with.. highly recommended!

Dan provided a very relaxing and comfortable getaway for my week in Florida. This was my first time renting a condo in FL and I would definitely return in the future. Loved that the beach and ocean were just across the street from RunawayBay plus they had a very nice private pool. The location is so convenient to the free trolley service, too, which takes you North and South on AMI. I did not want to come home. Need I say more?

We went to Siesta Key in April 2021, loved the beach there but also checked out Lido beach and Anna Maria Island. We fell in love with AMI, so we wanted to come back in the fall or winter. My wife found Dans Florida Condos online, so we made a reservation for the end of November. We could not be happier with our choice, great Cond we reserved a 1 bedroom.
All amenities that you need, full kitchen with way more utensils you could ever use.
The location is very close to the beach, you cross one road a short walk and you are there.
The pool is heated which is great especially in November, we are defiantly coming back.
If you book a trip here, you will not be disappointed.

Dans condos are hands down the best! I’ve been to his one bedroom last year and the two bedroom last week. They are spotless and have everything you could possibly need while you are there down to beach toys for kids! Plenty of beach chairs, lots of towels…. There’s EVERYTHING! The condo is in a very quiet area. The pool is beautiful and the beach is across the street. This year at the last minute my two sisters decided to come with me and Dan upgraded us to the two story even tho he himself was there for the week. Met him in person this year, a truly great guy and I will continue to come there year after year, no need to look anywhere’s else!

Dan was such an amazing host. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that our needs were met. Our fur baby Lucy was welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was immaculate and had everything we needed. The complex is well maintained and has a variety of amenities for all ages. The unit is a very short walk to the easily accessible beach. We can't wait to visit again!

We are repeat guests at Dans Florida Condos. We have stayed in both the 1br and 2br units. Both units come with beach towels, full kitchen to make even a full family meal (and blender to mix the vital frozen drinks), and beach chairs with those nice straps that allow you to carry them like backpacks. Our favorite part of the condos are the screened in porches, which have rocking chairs and overlook the fountains and waterway that run throughout the Runaway Bay Resort. Very peaceful spot to sip morning coffee ect.

Location of the Units: Both units are steps away from one another which allow our family to be pretty much next door to each other, but also allows us some privacy in the evenings. The units are centrally located within the resort, equal distance from the fishing pier, the heated salt water pool, and the private beach access (which is just across the street).

Transportation: There is a trolley stop directly outside of the complex. This is a free city trolley which you can take the the beaches, north end of the island, or even grocery shopping. Monkey shuttle is a great option as well, which offers door to door service anywhere on the island and only ask for tips. Our kids, used an Uber app (which I am unfamiliar with) which allowed us to go to a few of the fish markets off the island.

Overall, we have created lifelong memories on Anna Maria Island and staying at Dans Florida Condos provides us a easy booking experience. Its great knowing that we have a clean functional place year after year.

We just spent the last week in Dan's 1 bedroom condo. It is lovely. The views are wonderful and the beach not too far. Loved the screened in patio for coffee in the morning. There was a hiccup with the air conditioning but we alerted Dan right away and he was immediately on top of it and we had repair people quickly. Dan is super responsive any time we had questions. Would definitely stay with him again. It was a great week on the island!

Our second time staying at Dans Condo. The one bedroom is perfect for the two of us. It has everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect with a trolley stop right in the front and the beach right across the street. The pool is sparkling clean. Dan responds quickly and is always agreeable. We will be back.

We stayed in Dan's one Bedroom Condo. The condo was beautiful and well-stocked. The shower water pressure was awesome! Short walk to the beautiful beach and the dock on the bay, where we snapped the early morning attached photo. Highly recommend Dan's Florida Condos. Hope to stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful time at Dan's Florida Condos. I would highly recommend it - the condo was great, very clean, delightfully decorated, good layout and everything we needed. It was truly wonderful to work with Dan - so easy! We really enjoyed the condo area and Anna Maria Island (it was our first time there). We had wonderful weather and so enjoyed the pool at the condo and the beach which was just across the street. Anna Maria had lots of great places to eat, shopping and activities. Would definitely go back again! Thanks Dan for the use of your condo - it was a great experience!

My family occupied both the 1 and 2 bedroom units for a week long family vacation. All the rooms were as pictured and very homey and inviting. Both of the units were well equipped with linens, kitchen needs, and beach equipment. The wagons were great to haul everything to the beach. The beach was just across the street. The on-site swimming pool was utilized daily by our family. Dan was in contact with us prior, during and following our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and kept us informed of happenings on the island which we might be interested in. Dan deserves a definite 👍.

This is the 2nd time renting from Dan. The condo is exactly as pictured. Runaway Bay pool is excellent and just a short walk to the beach.

Just wanted to give a quick review to say how much I enjoyed my stay at Dan’s Florida condos. I was privileged to stay in both the one bedroom and two bedroom during my stay. The units were very clean, cool, and comfortable. Dan was quite responsive when I had questions. I was able to rest and relax throughout my stay. If there were 6 stars, I would have given them! It was a great vacation.

We just returned home after spending a week at Dan’s Florida Condo at Runaway Bay. We cannot say enough good things about the accommodations - from the location to the fact that there is nothing that you might need that is not provided in the Condo. The decor is lovely! We will definitely book this place again!

This is the fifth time we've rented from Dan and we are always very happy with the rental. It's always very clean, the bed is comfortable and the pool is wonderful. Dan is always helpful. We love going to AMI and always rent from Dan.

My family stayed a week in the 2 bedroom condo, and when I say it was equipped with everything we needed, it really had everything! Beach chairs, a wagon, pool noodles,a fully functional kitchen, a washer and dryer in your unit, and the best showers we have ever found in a condo!! The water pressure was amazing, and hot water was never an issue, both showers could be used at the same time and you would never know! The place was spotless and smelled so clean, everything was in tip top shape!! Thank you for loaning us your beautiful condo, you have life long customers!! Dan was always a text or phone call away, and even checked on us during our stay. I give Dan’s Florida Condo a 10 out of 5 starts.

Love staying here. Dealing with Dan from initial inquiry right through to checking out was pleasant and efficient. Love the condo and the complex. So close to the beach. Condo has everything you need for a great stay. I have stayed here in both the one bedroom and two bedroom unit on 3 different visits and it’s always hard to leave !! Already looking to book my next visit !!
