It was my birthday and they treated me so well. Christina served us she was phenomenal very bubbly, kind, talkative and took care of all of our needs she was the bartender/server. The food and drinks were so fantastic wow I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was incredible my friends and I will be going back it's so relaxing and layed back.

Went for brunch and it was delicious! Mimosa flight and Bloody Mary bar were tasty. Food and service were excellent!

Loved this place! The cocktails were tasty and original. The menu was diverse, and everything tasted great. We brought our toddler and were seated next to an aquarium, which she LOVED! Our only note is that the appetizers were pretty small for the price. Entrees were more fairly portioned.

Love dropping into Slickers restaurant, they have a great happy hour from 4pm-6pm.
Tonight we tried some of thier hand made cocktails, all great and excellent value. Then we had a few appetizers best being mini burgers and pickles crostini and spicy roasted octopus. Our mains were the fresh fish dinner which was tasty but needed the fish to be a bigger portion, and the crab cakes dinner, great tasting and freshly made. My only change would be asking for proper plates and not the slate squares.

This was our first time here tonight. The food, drinks and service were all amazing! We had two little ones with us and we sat in a semi private area right by the aquarium which was fun for the kids. We tried several small plates to share and a Cubano sandwich. It was hard to choose because they all looked so good. Great specialty cocktails! The owner is super friendly and nice to talk to as well.

Wow! What a wonderful surprise! Fantastic food! My wife and I live in Cortez and have passed by Slickers for a while now. Not again. We loved the food, correctly portioned and originally flavored! Truly one of the best meals we’ve had anywhere in the area. Great drinks too!

We were down from Clearwater for the day and did a Google search and thought this would be a nice place to try and Man was that a good decision! The food was absolutely wonderful, very healthy choices available, and the portions were excellent! If you’re in the area, you definitely need to try this place!

I had the portobello mushroom with sautéed spinach. It’s been a long time since I enjoyed a meal as much as I enjoyed this and I can’t wait to try something else on the menu. We also had the key lime cake and it might be my new favourite dessert—pure lime taste and smell without too much sweetness. The lime zest could be a dessert in itself.

Hands down our favorite resturant in our town. Max makes the best cold brew and is a magician with any drinks. The food is flavorful and presentation is spot on. They have a nice selection for all those picky eaters and some solid choices for everyone. This place is a must visit with a great atmosphere and friendly staff.

I visited Slicker’s Eatery to wish the owner and staff a Merry Christmas. The Hendrik’s martini was perfect thanks to Max, my bartender. I ordered a dozen oysters that were from Rhode Island and one of the best plates of oysters I have ever eaten. After a second martini, i ordered their famous Cubano sandwich which came out piping hot, with crispy Cuban bread and savory pork, cheese and pickle. I planned to bring a half of it home, but there was none left! The owner sat and shared some secrets from the kitchen. Slicker’s is a five-star, unique dining experience of the highest quality!

My first restaurant visit since Covid arrived a year ago - recommended by my dear friend Karen who lives in Cortez - was a wonderful surprise. Being a vegetarian 🐝my friend knew I’d find lots of choices at Sliders Eatery. It should be called Sliders Treatery! The owners were cordial and charming - our servers were just attentive enough - and the food was perfection. They even serve craft cocktails. You won’t be disappointed - I promise.

We were greeted by the owner initially and he told us about how the menu was created. Was very warm and friendly.

Tried nearly ever drink with our group. Almost every drink was expertly crafted by Max and were all tremendous.

The food was out of this world! We had the privilege of getting max as our server and he was eager to answer any questions we had about the menu. The spicy octopus and shrimp gambitto were excellent.
Portion sizes were appropriate.

Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Great local spot, family owned. Stopped for trivia and sat at the bar. Bri was a doll. She made us feel like family. Food looks bomb. Will definitely be back.

If you are in the area you have to stop by Slickers for a craft cocktail and even better eats. The service from our bartender was top notch, not to mention the smoked old fashioned made with rum was mind blowing. Great selection of craft brews that are always rotating. I don’t think anyone at the table had a bad bite to eat either, compliments to the chef. They know how to treat people with kindness as well.

First time my wife and I have been here. Everything was great. We had the seared ahi tuna crostini, filet sliders, beef Bradenton and the shrimp blt. Food and service was excellent. We sat at the bar and Max was top-notch. Can’t wait to go back.

New favorite Spot!
This restaurant is an absolute must!! My family and I eat out often but this is going to be a new favorite. Food, drink, appetizers, service and atmosphere are all fantastic. We tried half the drink menu which was beautiful curated. I tried the octopus, polenta, patatas, and poke bowl as well as bites from the rest of my parties plates. All of it was delicious!! You can tell the staff are excited and passionate about the experience they have created. 11/10 would recommend!!! Writing this review from the table can't wait to try dessert! Good vegan options too we had vegans in our group.

Such a cute place! Beef Bradenton was amazing! So was the potato salad. Blood orange Cosmo is a must!!!!

So good !! We had the sliders and the goat cheese bruschetta — both absolutely phenomenal in addition to the drinks . Our server/bartender (Brandon ?) was also very friendly which was a plus , and the atmosphere was great too . Highly highly recommend !!

This was an accidental stop in and man what a great place stopped in on a Tuesday and it was trivia night….so much fun had a blast great atmosphere great staff and bar tenders Bri was a sweetheart try the smoked old fashioned….. Would of ate but had to much fun drinking, next time for food review.
