Stayed at Bayberry cottage on Anna Maria island for a week. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Early check in (2 hours) was allowed with zero hesitation. We received multiple texts throughout the week to make sure we were taken care of. The house was clean and nice. Heated pool was a plus. Only negative I could give was the beach chairs/umbrellas provided could use an update. Hardly enough to subtract from our experience tho. This particular house was located a couple miles each way the hustle and bustle so the beaches were very quiet but as a trade off you have to hike 2 miles for dinner or drive (we had a car). I’ll take the quietness over walking distance to restaurants. Looking forward to another stay with portfolio on Anna Maria island.

The place was fantastic. The owner was awesome. He worked with me cause our flight arrived early and left late. The beach was private. Being able to take a break and make lunch without packing everything up is priceless. Everything was amazing. Thank u 🙏

I have been very impressed with Portfolio Vacations. Their responsiveness and communication with guests, from the booking to the arrival to the check out, is a big improvement. I have dealt with many different property management companies in my time as a home owner on Anna Maria Island, and Portfolio Vacations is definitely one of the best. They truly take care of my home and make sure it is always in great condition, and the incomes they have produced for my homes, and the amazing experience they offer our guests can't be beat! I highly recommend this company.

We just completed a little over a year with Portfolio Vacations managing the rental of our vacation home. This experience was brand new for us in the vacation rental business. Wendy made what could have been a very intimidating process into something very easy and simplified. She is a hard worker and pretty much takes care of everything for us. She is especially good with handling difficult guests and smoothing over any issues, minor or otherwise. Another attribute she has is her attention to details. This is especially important on all of the documents she provides for taxes, bookings, and others that are needed. We are highly satisfied and pleased that we selected Portfolio Vacations to manage our vacation rental.

I just returned from my vacation on the beautiful Anna Maria Island. I stayed at Bayberry Cottage North and you could not ask for a better experience. The communication with Portfolio Vacations was outstanding. I have used other local vacation rental companies on the island and nothing compares. They answered any and all questions within minutes, the cottage was very clean, and the pool was enjoyable. In the future, I will rent with nobody other than Portfolio Vacations.

Just spent 8 days at Bayview Inn 201. Location is perfect. 2 minute walk to beach. 2 minute walk to restaurants & shopping. Free access to laundry facilities. Full kitchen. Comfortable bed. Gas grill. Pool. Beach chairs & beach towels provided. Everything we needed for a romantic week on the most amazing island in Florida! LOVE Anna Maria Island & come here nearly every spring. This is a fantastic property for a couple's retreat!
Only "issue" is that most VRBO's we've stayed in have at least a few spices & vegetable oil in the pantry. . . maybe some coffee. This unit had salt & pepper. That's it. If you like to cook / grill, you'll need to invest in your own condiments / seasonings. Not a big deal. . . but an extra expense to be aware of.

We had a great experience with the new management company. We had many issues with our property and they were handled quickly and very professionally. Wendy and Tim were a pleasure to work with. We booked with them again for next year. Highly recommend them as a management team.

We recently visited Anna Maria Island and stayed at a Portfolio Vacations property. (Island Break) The property we rented was great! Jen, the Property Manager, was THE ABSOLUTE BEST for helping with our stay! I can’t say enough great things about her! She went above and beyond to help with an item we left behind on our trip. I am so thankful God put her in our path! We had a great stay and plan to book with them if we visit AMI again. 100% recommend!

A friend and I recently stayed at Direct Gulf Front Beach Condo #8 and it would be an understatement to say it was anything less than amazing. The condo came equipped with everything from beach chairs to umbrellas, let alone the fact that the last step you take off of the staircase will send you straight on to the beautiful white sandy beach of Anna Maria Island. The beach is exceptionally quite and not crowded compared to many other locations along AMI. Next door sits a delightful tiki bar/restaurant serving to fulfill any food and drink cravings one might have. Overall, the condo is beyond beautiful with gorgeous views of the ocean from the comfort of the couch situated inside, any and all amenities an individual would hope to have, a lovely beach vibe resonating throughout the entire unit, and most importantly, the condo is conveniently situated for an easy walk to restaurants, stores, and a trolley stop right out front to take you both to the North and South end of the island. The management is exceptionally resourceful and kind and the condo is unlike any other. I highly recommend!!

I have been vacationing on Anna Maria Island for 8 years. This was the first year the property I rent was with Portfolio Vacations. They are an excellent company. The property was very well maintained, and they respond to your questions and concerns promptly and efficiently.
When I called about a couple small problems they came right over and took care of them. I highly recommend Portfolio Vacations, and I have already booked for next year.

We stayed for over a month with Portfolio Vacations at Harbour Isle and it was perfect for all of our needs. The unit was clean, incredibly thoughtfully furnished, had a stunning view and fit all of our needs. The location is perfect for beach outings and getting anywhere you might want to go from Sarasota to St. Pete. My husband was recovering from a huge cancer removing surgery and the hosts were more than accommodating to our late rental query and needs. We would love to come back to a time when we could enjoy it even more. Thanks for the lovely stay made even nicer since it was during a difficult time.

Pirates Cove is a wonderful house, in an excellent location. We've been there 4 of the past 5 years, and will keep coming back!
