Listen, I went there to purchase the largest bottle of Creed cologne for my Husband!!! The staff is amazing. They pay attention to detail, and go out of their way to service you. HOWEVER, I must say you must pray before going into Dadeland or any store there, there is a heavy spirit of sensuality and lustq among the customers ! Seems like people are more concerned with their looks vs their hearts and right standing with God these days. Like the word of God says, in Ecclesiastes 1:5, 9, "All is vanity. I decided to go visit this mall to burn some time while white waiting for something to be done and when I was looking around a young kid named Michael came up to me and asked me if I needed help. He stayed with me the whole time and even took me to another section in the store to find something for my girlfriend. When we got there him and Daniela helped me with a smile and patiently the entire time and even waited for me while I made a phone call. I'm from Naples and the employees in saks there don't even come up to you if you are young. I just wanna say to the management to keep up the good work and keep hiring great employees. Thanks.

I love Saks, but I feel in Dadeland it’s very poor compared for example with the one in Brickell City Centre, where you can find fine brands, luxury, clothes, shoes and bags.

Valley parking is too expensive.

An amazing store with super helpful and really awesome customer service! Check out the Miu Miu boutique, as well as the fragrance department, skin creams, Dior makeup section and the clothing department upstairs. Stephie, Zee, Amanda and Brandon at Miu Miu are truly great customer service agents, as are Christian and Luz in bags. Elvis and Jesus make your trip to the fragrance section more than worth it, as do all of the other wonderful employees at Saks Fifth Avenue! Brenda, Georgette and all the beautiful ladies also offer the best of Saks Fifth Avenue.

The customer service is unexplainable, you have to visit. It is like you're entering into another world. The attention and professionalism is five star.
