The Miami HEAT Store at Dadeland Mall

They take amazing care of their customers and really do care about them. Blown away with the customer service received from this location. The manger Enzo is awesome. Really went out of their way to make up for a bad experience and turned it into an amazing one.

I am writing this review because I was misinformed yesterday about the Jaime Jaquez Jr signing. I went to purchase the jersey for my son the day before the event; and I was told that the jersey needed to be purchased on the day of the event; he got to the store and they were not letting people in to the store to purchase the jersey. I even spoke to an associate at the store that told me that when the jersey was purchased with the receipt he was going to be able to get a VIP access to get it sign and he didn’t have to make the line.I even asked her do you have enough jerseys for tomorrow are you sure you won’t ran out and she replied no we received a big shipment. Unbelievable you will never get a dime from me and I have made a lot of purchases.

Honestly very displeasing to see how the Jaime Jaquez event was executed, countless cases of upset fans and kids excited to meet the Heat’s newest star. People’s time going down the drain and emotions being played with all due to misinformation on ads and the WEBSITE when you search for more information saying to arrive early at 2:30 when even getting denied entry when I arrived an hour early and being brushed off by a rude police officer and having to see him get a picture, just another case of bad behavior getting rewarded. Warning for everyone to be more cautious and arrive at 8 am like I heard or even consider camping out the night before since that what it takes apparently fulfill their requirements.

Honestly, one of the most disrespectful staff of employees and security I’ve ever dealt with in my entire lifetime. Me and my friend went to the Jaime Jaquez Jr meet and greet. I called the staff to explicitly see the instructions of how to meet Jaime. The guy on the phone (who sounded like he only had 30 minutes of sleep throughout his night) told me to come before 3 o’clock PM to buy a selected item and to get in line to meet Jaime. I follow instructions and show up at 2 o’clock to the heat store and this brute and rude police officer said “too late” with a mocking smile on his punchable face. He also added that we should have been there at 8 am to buy the item from the heat store in order to meet Jaime. As if I was gonna wait 8 hours to meet a rookie who hasn’t even played 30 games yet.Then I stay till 4:20 and Jaime only has the audacity to wave to his fans instead of giving 2 minutes of his time to high five or to do quick selfies with his fans. Poorly executed event and a catastrophe to see kids being kicked out to meet their idol.

I get there around 1:45pm just to tell me the store is closed. The staff were very unprofessional when I expressed my concerns. I didn’t expect such a show and my two sons were crying that could no longer meet there new miami heat player due to the staffs and event coordinators incompetence. I will never return to this location and I will never hype my kids again for any event ever thrown by this organization. I would be give it zero stars if I could. Pathetic excuse for a meet and greet.

Service was great until I received my statement. I purchased a youth jersey and sweater (30% off) for $142. Then an extra charge for $41 appeared ... never again.
