The food was hot. The cashier was very friendly, professional, and provided excellent service.

I get a milkshake every day.The late night staff are always pleasant and professional.

I absolutely love this spot for reasonable priced, great tasting food. The peanut butter banana shake was delicious!

Unreal experience. Showed up with 20 people and they had us in and out WITH THE CORRECT ORDERS in 20 min. So thankful for them!

I love this location! Occasionally on really busy nights my order may get messed up but the food and service is always good. If you're looking for something that tastes just like it came off the grill this is it!

The employees are usually polite and quick. Only one person has given us any cause for concern and it's a rare occurrence. The food is always good.

Came through the drive-thru for lunch today. The person at the window was so nice and my food came out quickly. Everything was correct and delicious. Will definitely be back soon.

Food is great best sweet tea but check your order before you leave always messed up

Since it's only drive thru, I wouldn't really say there's an atmosphere. However, the food is great! Service is usually good, cookout gets really crowded in the evenings and later hours of the day, just a heads up if you're craving cookout later in the day!

Have to admit that with their prices and portions, this is a great option for when you just don't have the time or energy to cook. Plus Them Milkshakes 👌 But do yall really have *Cheery* Shakes like the sign says 🤔 or Cherry 🍒

The best combo menu in town by far. Always quick cheap prices but plenty of food and doesn't taste greasy like you would expect from a cheap price place. This place is awesome.

The people in here are so nice and fun to talk to!! I love how they have it set up now and I actually enjoy the food even more. This Cook-Out is as good as the original ones from NC.
The "cook-out style" hotdog is the best if you like chili and coleslaw.

REGULAR SERVICE AND ALL- I WROTE YRS AGO WITH 5☆. NOW NEW EMPLOYEES NEED ADDITIONAL TRAINING ON MANNERS!!! (2-3☆END OF 2023) BUT EXCEPTIONAL PRICES ON ALL TIME FAVORITES THAT KEEP EVERY1 COMING BACK.

Despite them messing up orders a few times, I rate it 5stars. Simply due to the fact that when told of mistakes they quickly fixed them or reviewed who is not there to honestly work and changed up the staff or even gave free big meals to replace ones that had been messed up. Prices are awesome and food great! 9x out of 10 staff is good too!

Recently moved to Statesboro and noticed this place wasn't anything like the fast food restaurants that surround it (I happen to work next door). I've come here about 4 times and know that I'll be coming back frequently.

Why? The prices are simply unbeatable. No exaggeration. I thought the food quality would suffer but thankfully that is not the case. I've also gotten about 3 milkshakes in the past two weeks lol.

The thing that really impressed me was the staff. I often work late well into the morning (like 3 am) and I noticed that the employees often have to deal with VERY drunk college students (no offense guys). A young lady named Destiny handled the rowdy customers with patience and amusement. No easy feat!

On one recent visit their machine wouldn't take my debit card. However, one employee (Tony) quickly apologized and decided to pay for the milkshake I wanted. What really blew me away was when another young man, Caleb, made me a burger after I inquired about them as I had not tried them yet.

After receiving such outstanding service from Destiny, Tony and Caleb I will definitely be coming back and spreading the word! Thanks a lot guys I really appreciate it.

This is the only reliable food option late at night. Line may be long but it moves quickly. Food is great and service is friendly. Maybe one day they will open the inside, but it doesn’t seem like a priority to them.
