From the first two times I’ve visited this store to now. I’ve seen a great improvement. From attitudes, customer service, to the cleanliness of the store. I was actually amazed to see the guy with the blonde patch improved his attitude, the girl with the purple hair also made a great change. They all are showing good customer services now! Great work Parker’s 20 crew for bettering the attitudes and language towards customer. Whatever the manager is doing with this store keep up the great work Mrs. Kelly. Everyone I do mean everyone is making a change.

I have had the best experiences here the past few times I’ve visited. Shandie was the only one working yesterday and her customer service was impeccable. She was busy, but worked diligently to get the line down and every customer received the same smile. I came later that night and the cashier was nice. He worked throughout the store while taking customers. I came back for gas this morning and the customer service was spectacular. Tina was quick with getting the lines down. GREAT JOB PARKER’S 20!

THIS IS HOME great workers usually have me laughing store is very clean but beware the Friday and Saturday night rush when college is in.

Great gas station. Some of the staff is unfriendly and clearly hate their job but besides that it’s a great quick place to stop.

Tried to call about the food service someone answered the phone and immediately hung up very upset. :(

I've only been inside once, I mainly just use the gas pumps. As a woman, I would never feel safe coming here after dark, I barely feel safe here in the daytime. Pretty run-down building and pumps. Lots of cracks and other questionable things. Tweakers from all around Statesboro will come here, it's not just mostly students. But I mean, the gas pumps do their job.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. 5 days ago, I came in late to get something from the kitchen. They ran out of all the chicken entrees, which I understand happens when kids are leaving bars and coming in hungry. However, I did not want to wait the 20 minutes they estimated after already having sat there 20 minutes prior. I simply asked for refund, to which they said “they couldn’t find the transaction and i would have to come back later” with the nastiest attitude. I came in twice only to be told that i left with the food and that they will check the cameras to prove if i was lying, to which i was not. That second visit, there was no manager present so I had to come back today for the third time, and ask for the refund to which my receipt was snatched from me, and I was given the correct change back after explaining what happened. Followed by handing my money back, she said “8.91 is not that big of a deal honey. have a nice day.” 8.91 can purchase chicken from a store that will actually provide me the food I payed for without that sour attitude following. This is just one of the few times I have been disrespected coming in here in the short time it has been reopened. I will not be visiting here again. Do better with your staff, please.

My boyfriend is in town visiting and walked to this Parker’s from my mothers house to get a beer and a slushy. He got accused of having a fake ID and they gave him trouble about the beer because his ID is Canadian and told he “needs to get a Georgia ID if you’re gonna live here”. Hes a foreigner and is here on vacation. We have a university here that accepts international students. This is ridiculous. Train your associates better and do better. It’s 2023. There’s no need for the prejudiced behavior. Absolutely ridiculous.
