Lizzie, Shelby, and Regina were very helpful, knowledgeable and and friendly. I felt very comfortable shopping there. I never felt rushed, and they didn't follow us around like sales reps at other furniture stores. We went back about 5 times trying to decide on our perfect furniture for our new home and we finally bought it! I'm so happy and can wait to have our new furniture in our home. Thank you, ladies!!!!

I have worked with Unique Piece Furniture for a few different household needs. Both experiences have been efficient and effortless. I enjoy the simplicity of being able to navigate the website, so I don’t have to spend a ton of time in the store searching their inventory. Their communication during the purchase and delivery process is reliable. Lizzie, a Sales Manager there, is amazing at patiently describing options and answering questions! She has a wonderful demeanor and makes the process super simple. I highly recommend them as a company, and Lizzie specifically as a sales partner for your needs.

I see their facebook ads all the time so I decided to check them out. They have a lot of nice furniture at great prices! I got the viral Radcliffe sectional and we love it. Lizzie at the front desk was super helpful and had everything delivered in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to come here. Thanks again!

Had a wonderful experience with unique furniture. Son wanted a sectional and bedroom set and thought he would have to split the purchase up. They were having a great sale and he bought both same day. Excellent customer service and FYI the air freshener they had throughout the store smelled amazing and they sold it there. We bought two for the house. Please go see them to meet all your furniture needs.

So far so good! They price matched for us, and we were able to get the best prices possible on our couch, dining table with 8 chairs and 5 bar stools. We aren’t expecting delivery until we close on our house in December, so I will update then. However, Lizzie greeted us at the store and was very personable, not at all pushy and was quick to help. Josh was great help once we left the store and Lizzie was busy with customers. Definitely give this place a try!

Me and my Fiance went in to Unique Piece in Dallas this past weekend and was greeted by Lizzie! She was great, very knowledgeable and helpful at finding us the couch, end tables, and coffee table we were looking for! The prices were lower than a lot of places we had looked at for comparable stuff! We will be back for more 🥰

Keenan at the Acworth store was awesome! Assisted me with getting the pieces I wanted when I wanted it! Delivery was quick and fast and very professional. More than I can say for other furniture stores!

Paul was Super helpful. We came in 3 or 4 weeks ago and liked a bedroom set but we were looking around. What a wonderful experience, I found all the pieces I needed in one store. Then Kenna provided excellent customer service, he was so patient with me since I kept changing my mind with all the beautiful furniture they have. I highly recommend Unique Furniture because they have a variety of excellent quality items and they deliver too!

The store is well kept and smells amazing, not like a weird fabric smell like most furniture stores. Also, the associate, Lizzie, was like hanging out with an old friend while helping us make the best decision for us!

I came in to purchase a bedroom suit that I found online. Paul, introduced himself to me and informed me that there was a deal on a display model. He showed me the display model and I actually liked it a lot. Paul, also helped me pick out a TV stand to go with the set. I just think he’s amazing, very personable and willing to help. He definitely has what it takes for this business. I felt comfortable with him being my salesman. Paul is funny, friendly and never once said what he couldn’t do. There needs to be more salesman like him in the world.

This place brings such an amazing atmosphere and smells like a luxury hotel . This is our second time here and we always get the most amazing customer service. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful . Love my mattress and we are getting the couches this week . So excited . We will definitely be going back ! Thank you Unique Piece

I shared some wear on them and she immediately shared the best possible solution! She ordered them by the end of the day and had them shipped directly to me and as a professional courtesy! 🥹❤❤

Regina Smith was amazing! When I told her what I was looking for she took me to the perfect chair. She is very knowledgeable about their products and will give you exceptional customer service.

They are sooooo friendly and treat you like family! They don’t forget faces! That’s most important with customer service! I come for the scents to put in my diffusers . OMG they smell sooo good ! Highly recommend This place! The furniture is also very unique! Love it!
