Love this Kroger. Visiting from Canada and have gone to this store twice. Was delighted with the customer service, cleanliness, range of products, fresh fruits and vegetables, baking, easy to use carts that roll well, there’s literally not a bad thing I could stay about the store. Thank you for your hard work. Great store! PS the sushi they make there is delicious!

I'm honestly quite surprised to see negative reviews about the Dallas Kroger because my family and I have consistently had wonderful experiences here. We've been loyal customers for a while now, and each visit has been nothing short of positive.

The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything on our list. We've never had any issues with the quality of the products we've purchased.

Moreover, the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the store add to the comfortable shopping environment. It's evident that the management puts effort into maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for their customers.

While I understand that everyone's experiences can differ, I can confidently say that our visits to the Dallas Kroger have always been enjoyable. It's become our go-to grocery store, and we'll continue to support them based on the consistently positive experiences we've had. Kudos to the team for their hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction!

Food is fresh, good meat prices. Easy to navigate, friendly customer service. Have not waited in line yet, they have 6 self checkouts aside from the regular check-out registers.

Kroger is great!! Groceries and some really cool outdoor furniture loved my wooden rocking chairs bought on the front curb. For this awesome table tonight !! Yes!!! Kroger has it all !

Used regular check out, not self check out. Excellent customer service! One of my coupons messed up the computer, and all staff involved were quick to problem solve. Shout out to manager Ashley, cashier Kathleen, and bagger David for their kindness!

For all the people on here complaining the employees are burnt out we are running the departments with no staff working over 40+ hours no one is coming in to work and the ones that do come in quite after 2 days because they say it to much work. No one wants to work any more they just want a check. But the people that are trying to run the departments are constantly being yelled at by customers this is ridiculous kroger should hire more people blah blah blah. To be able to hire people must actually want to come in to work. Be glad we are providing you guys with a service we could eventually have to shut down due to shortage of staff and you wouldn't care so oh well.

I love their sushi! It is a bit pricey, but then I don't have to cook, do I? My kids love it and it's not available at other Krogers.
I always rent their rug cleaners. Again, nice staff at the counter!
I also love the Starbucks. Gotta have a chocolate croissant with my coffee. Thank God they put one in, because there is nothing nearby!

I always enjoy going to Kroger, and since they've made an effort to try and keep buggy's for disabled people like me I've enjoyed it again like I used to coming here, thank you for putting back the effort of keeping me a way to enjoy your store

I LOVE this place. They have the best sales, everyday low prices and 3 or 4 day event each week. If you're not shopping with Kroger you're missing out on fantastic savings. In some instances you can use coupons five times in one transaction. Thanks Kroger's for your dedicated service.

Absolutely the most friendly staff

I love Kroger the prices and sales are awesome. Been shopping here for 5 years the cashiers are always super nice. But, I do have a serious issue with the customer service desk. They are so rude here. Its like anything you need help with is a burden. The smallest thing becomes the hardest task ever. They need to be trained on the word device.

This Kroger location is particularly exceptional. Everything is clean and organized. The staff are especially helpful and friendly; they are always there to help when you need them. My only complaint is that the fresh sushi stand doesn't have most of their sushi rolls out by a reasonable time in the mornings. Otherwise, since most people don't usually get sushi in the mornings, I think that this Kroger is one of the best in the area.
