Excellent service, a very nice gentleman helped us in the blinds area. Walked up to us and asked if he could help us. Pulled up information on our choices and. Printed it out for us. Now all we have to do is measure each window and come back in, hand over the paperwork we were given and our measurements. Such a nice experience for us. We appreciate it very much.

Went to this lowes to just see if they had the tile flooring I was looking for. I was looking for when this giant of a person named Lucian walked up to me and asked me if I needed any help looking for something. So he helped me find the right tile I needed and all went well. If u ever need help just look for a very tall guy and he'll be eager to help. I'm very happy that someone in a Lowes was so willing to help me out. Thank you Lucian I appreciate you. He truly deserves a raise!

I stopped in this morning and needed some help. Ronald was in the tool section helped me pick out a drill, bits and helped me find multiple items on my list. He was super helpful and just went beyond my expectations. Go see Ronald he is AMAZING!

Had everything I needed. I hate these self checkout. I like the person to person contact. Can't get a greeting from a machine. And not getting a discount for checking myself out.

Lowes is always terrific. Very clean and well kept. Staff is knowledgeable unlike unlike most at the alternative store.

Ordered online to pick up on my way to work, walked in, scanned code and walked out, less than 5 min to avoid being late for work.

In and out stop for myself, took about 5 minutes total but was greeted and asked if I needed anything 3 times. It was fantastic!!!

I love Lowe's they always have everything you need, and they do have programs for kids that they can build toys and you can sign up online to join their program and have fun, they do it on every Saturdays at 10am and the employees are super friendly, helpful, kind and also very nice 💯.

Had to fix my well pump and pipes... A man named Jackie WAS PERFECT!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE! I went in there several times! 🙄🤦🏻‍♀ I couldn't have done it without him...

The first time I called to get a water heater installed but no one called back, went online and filled out the request form and
was quickly called. Heaton Construction did a very nice job next day. Recommend.

I have a little story to share. So I was passing through Erwin, North Carolina. I had paneling in my truck that I did not purchase from Lowe's, I just happened to purchase it from someone nearby from Facebook marketplace. The rain was coming so I decided to get off the interstate and go to this Lowe's hoping they could somehow cover it for me for my 3 1/2 hour drive home. Cody (I think who is the store manager) stopped what he was doing and also Walt. They told me what plastic to purchase (and escorted me to it) which was about $4 and some change. And they went outside with me and thoroughly... and I mean thoroughly covered my entire truck full of stuff with tender loving care. They were helpful,polite and they really truly seemed like they enjoy what they do to help people. And as soon as I left, the rain came and I mean it was pouring and all of my merchandise in the back of my pickup was completely dry when I got home. If they were anywhere near Columbia, SC I would go out of my way to shop there as much as possible, these gentlemen are One in a million. I highly recommend this store. Thank you again guys, you are amazing!!
