Amazing experience. Store was a little late opening this morning but clean and welcoming. Huge shout out to Kevin. Excellent customer service. Extremely helpful and patient. Santiago at the register was very quick and full of information. The store was nicely staffed for the amount of customers.

Diana was super helpful! Helped me navigate all the aisles to find exactly what worked for me and what I needed!

I love visiting this location when I'm in Miami. I get samples, I get to test products on the spot and the makeup artists on hand are always eager to assist. I had the opportunity to get a makeover. I was matched perfectly feom primer to foundation to blush! Some of the products were a bit high end,butt I travel a lot and I'm looking for longevity! This is a Really happy place

The staff is very friendly and helpful if you can find one that is not busy with another customer. Sephora is great for getting my favorite cosmetics and browsing new products. Prices vary.

I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service and expertise I received from one of your employees, Bree. I visited the store over the weekend and was immediately greeted Bree. Her warm demeanor and eagerness to help me with my beauty concerns made all the difference during my visit. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to listen to my needs and preferences. She effectively matched me with products that would address my concerns while still being mindful of my preferences. She was patient with me throughout the whole visit, teaching me new beauty tips and tricks while giving me the space to explore and discover new products. You could tell she has a passion for her job, her enthusiasm made me trust her recommendations and I ended up buying far more than I planned. However, I have zero regrets about it because I'm now in love with the products I purchased. I want to say thank you for making my visit to Sephora such a wonderful experience. I'll be sure to tell all my friends and family about it.

Out of all the yrs i have been coming to this sephora there has only been one or two workers who have really took the time to help me with my makeup products and one of them being Sabrina. She is so kind and actually listens to you and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. First time I have found the perfect foundation for my skin and I am so excited to wear it on my wedding day! Thank you!!

I personally never like going in the store just because it’s crowed and busy. I did had to go in store & T’arra the front cashier was great and helped me with what I needed to do. Thank you Juan the manager for stepping in and understanding the situation. Thank you for finding a way to help me and not saying no. I also want to give thanks to the sale associate on the floor with pink and yellow hair with glasses. Your amazing in your knowledge on products and knowing exactly we were looking for. You guys rock !

Sephora never disappoints! They always have Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin available.
The people there is friendly and very helpful.
It might be pricier than other places but I guess you get what you’re paying for.

The store itself is not as great as Ulta. However, there is an amazing employee named Santiago. Santy is very accurate patient and a pleasure to talk to. Laser focuses on your needs and even assists the next customer without skipping a beat. Employees like Santy make shopping the traditional way, sometimes worth it. Considering I purchase a lot online.

Nice store... the biggest difference from another store was the customer service by Santiago.

I wish this store had a little more room to move around- but that's probably just my anxiety talking. The people who work there are nice. Idk if it's just this Sephora or not but I remember Sephora would have samples- wish they should bring that back! Discovered many products through samples.

Amazing Store the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. One of the ladies that assisted her name is Karla was awesome she is amazing helping choosing the correct products

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I had to do a makeup trial and I went without appointment and they did their best. Nichole, the makeup artist is really nice and professional.
