Arby's

I went through the drive-thru around 6:30pm, I was the only one in line outside and no one inside, I paid for my food then I was asked to drive around to the side doors to wait on my food. I waited about 10 mins they brought my food out, I Assumed my food was going to be fresh and hot, but I was so WRONG!! This wasn't a good visit!! They could do better!

The family and I stopped by during a rain storm to be greeted by a friendly voice and interaction in drive-thru. We were pulled up for our food to come out, but it was fresh, delicious and on point!

They got my order wrong at the drive through but that was more the speakers fault. The sandwich they did give was good so I guess it worked out

They were out of lids and different sized cups besides small and also only had small sized fry containers. They also had no change to give customers. The poor girl at the front was doing everything she could to inform the customers, and some still were giving her a hard time. The manager was even rude to the poor cashier because customers were walking out. I'm giving 5 stars because the cashier was super nice.
Working with the general public is tough, and some of yall customers need to learn manners.

This Arby's did us right! The tea was served with a proper amount of ice. The fish, beef and cheddar sandwiches were outstanding. To top it all off the jalapeno bites were out of this world. Best of all the service was excellent! Thank y'all kindly. We can't wait to make it back one day to visit.

Night Crew on 1-20-22 was very accommodating. I am a bus driver, and I arrived with a small group of high school kids that just finished an event.

The lobby was closed when we arrived, but they let us in so we could order. Despite the line of cars in the drive thru, we were able to get our orders quickly and get back on the road again.

The management made this visit for us! The drive through was out in the road the inside was a little slow. I don't know what the situation was what I do know is they were under a lot of pressure and the manager present was giving so much encouragement and understanding it's was amazing. The lines kept moving of course orders filled never knowing that there was an issue because you had a great manager there giving support and encouragement. Just wow way to go Arby's this will be a regular stop now I only went because I had coupons but what I saw made a difference! Great job by management and associate made my day l.

I have always been a huge fan of Arby's food. However, today I became a huge fan of this locations staff. I had ordered in the drive thru and after realized I had forgotten my card at home. I asked them to cancel my order at the window, and someone covered my meal for me. Not only was the food excellent, but the service was undeniably amazing. Thank you so much for helping me. I will be passing the blessing forward.

amazing all the workers are good and treat you as if you own the store yourself and the food is 9 times out of 10 perfection the only problem is some of the workers do stare at their phone the whole time

For a rush hour they was doing pretty awesome! Staff was pretty friendly and they was knocking out orders pretty quickly! 10 minute wait during such a large amount of vehicles in drive thru and handful of people inside as well, I was on the inside waiting. Great job guys!

We stop in at least once a week. Molly is the best she greets everyone with a smile. Her customer service is one of the main reasons I keep returning. The food never disappoints always hot and fresh.

I was treated very professionally at the drive thru window. The girl at the window was kind and courteous to me. I will definitely be returning again. Thank you Arbys for the delicious food you have.

Mozz sticks are really good fresh coked when u order my fav is beef and cheddar but I also like the turkey club. The staff are helpful and real nice. The girl with the tats gave us coupons when we couldn't find ours.
Everyone is getting new stores I wish they could I'm sure the employs and customers will love it as well none the less one of my favorite places in town

It was amazing but I will say you should watch
some of the workers they won't get your order wrong but they'll delay it sometimes

Oh my lanta... let me tell you. Do you enjoy good meat? Do you like friendly staff? Do you also like peace and quiet with some elbow room?
Then you have found just the place. I love going here. I feel like I could stretch out over the entire restaurant. Also, it's a clean place. Check it out.

The food was good french fries were good and Kayla the cashier was beyond excellent very friendly very fast

I love eating at Arby's I travel all around in about 6 different states I haven't been but.to a couple of there stores that need some different management my favorite and my wife favorite Arby's is in Eatonton Georgia

Usually never go to fast food but this one location breaks the rule! Staff is caring and so efficient . The food is hot, prepared just right. Statesboro loves this business, and you will understand that Southern Hospitality plus the words fast food mix! Grab a shake here , try the flatbread sandwich. Burned out on the average? Try the fish flatbread sandwich.

Everything was hot and fresh. Used coupons and the cashier was very nice about it.
