This was my first time visiting this store, and I will definitely shop here more often. Very clean and nice

Don't visit very often as I order online from Old Navy but I do go to take returns & will shop around the store while I'm there. The staff here have been more than AMAZING, helpful, accommodating & ALWAYS PLEASANT! Even if it's closing time! They have gone above & beyond! Thank you! Keep up the great work!!

Very good selection of affordable back to school clothes, my 11 yr old was able to shop freely without sacrifices to her choices or my wallet. Both of us are happy. 😉

The assistant manager was awesome I don't remember his name but it was a black guy real nice great customer service made me feel welcome.

Always enjoy the Old Navy outlet. Large selection of facemasks, jeans, sweaters, active wear and accessories for the whole family. Even have a new line of healthier candy options with less sugar than regular candy. Worth the trip to Sugarloaf Mills.

The manager, Warren, was extremely helpful and very professional. He even went in the back and checked stock for me for an item I couldn't find on the shelf. I will be back!

Has good deals on some stuff other stuff are pretty expensive but overall the employees are very nice the place is nice would recommend
