We live in WV but my Daughter attends Ga Southern and had a phone issue, so she went to t-mobile for help and they went above and beyond to make things right for her! This store is the first good experience out of many years dealing with sprint/T Mobile! Thank you

Both Quez and Sami were super helpful in helping me get a lower bill, switching from Verizon! They helped me set up my watch, my ipad and got me HOOKED UP with less than half of what I was paying!

Went in the store last night to upgrade my phone. I feel bad because for the life of me I can not remember the young fellows name. He was amazing. Best experience with T Mobile I have ever had. I will be bring him his pretzel from Sonic.

I purchased a phone today and the customer service I received this afternoon was amazing! Selena and the two other young men went above and beyond for me. They worked patiently with me. They were the epitome of what I call great customer service. Thank you so much!

Josh and Ken impressed me with their customer service skills. I came in late right before closing they took care of me and made sure everything was working and functioning properly before leaving the store. On top of this my daughter was being a handful and Josh went out his way to make her smile! 10/10 would recommend switching to T-Mobile. If you ever go to T-Mobile in Statesboro I hope you have the honor of being helped by Josh and Ken.

Went in Friday to get new phones for me and my daughter. System was down so had to come back on Saturday morning. Ed and Josh were awesome with getting everything that we needed. Even helped set up my phone and transferred everything from my old one!

Walked in looking to upgrade, and Kwan gave me solid advice and solid help to get the most out of T-Mobile’s deals! He was super friendly and helpful, I’ve had T-Mobile for years and this was the best service I’ve gotten.

One of the managers Zay was very helpful. I thought I couldn't get there internet service at my location because when I checked, it said it was unavailable in my area. He told me to try it out and I can return it if it doesn't work and it's been working great.

I’m leaving this response in regards to Walter Caldwell. He left a Review about the store and he was being extremely difficult. He said he was going to leave a bad review and that looks like all he does. The representatives in the store were extremely professional and I believe they handled him the best they could. sometimes people are just stuck in there ways and blame everything on everyone else instead of holding themselves accountable. He didnt want to lift a finger and insinuated that the reps was “dumb”. He only leaves bad reviews so I’d take that with a grain of salt. One of the best Tmobile’s I’ve ever been to mainly thanks to the store Manger Najee. He deserves a raise!
