Dropping off the trailer was easy I highly recommend to others that if you are doing a drop off call the number first DO NOT JUST DROP YOUR TRAILER OFF AND CALL IT A DAY Read the signs around you it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out that you have to call before dropping off!

I posted a review 1 day ago with a one start rating over a disputed charge. BJ's did resolve the disputed $30 fee and has provided a refunded. Based on their response I have amended my review to 3 stars.

Do not select this return location, their hours are very limited and staff is rarely on site. It is operated remote. I was charged an extra day because they close at 11am on Saturday. Uhaul customer service gave me credit for the extra day. This location charged me a $30 fee for not folding 12 moving blankets. I was not told when I picked in Indiana , BJ’s advised me it was written on the plastics bag at pick up. Customer service said it was th drop off locations option to waive that fee. She actually argued with me saying she asked it I folded the blankets before return. She may have but I was moving and do t recall. Either way $30 to fold 12 blankets is a crime. She advised she would speak with the person at the lot and call me back. Never received a call back. DO NOT select this location, take the extra 20 minutes and return your trailer/truck to Santa Rosa Beach!

Charged me a late fee or a uhaul trailer I returned early. Then called to inquire about it. And the owner Ms. Bobbie was extremely rude. She ran my card without my permission

Nobody on-site for uhaul. Required to use internet, no service on my att or friends Verizon. Told to call the 1800 number.
