Great tasting coffee inside the Durham food hall! Different milk options with an order online option

My friends and I think that this is some of the best coffee in Durham. It’s a cute little coffee shop with nice hours that opens early in the morning (perfect for a reward after a run or bike ride or trip to the farmers market just up the street). My favorites are the vanilla latte (hot or iced is great) and the ham and cheese croissant - my favorite in Durham too!

Warehouse feel in the food hall. Obviously, the atmosphere is subjective with the other review criteria and really depends on your mood and what you're looking for. This is what I needed the other morning. A few comfortable chairs and sofas, shared with the rest of the hall. Good mocha, not too sweet. The folks working were nice as usual (not my first visit, but it is my first review. Also ordered a pull-apart for later, which is always good slightly warmed.

If you are a connoisseur of coffee, you need to try Liturgy. Pour over from them was a spiritual experience, one of the most flavorful cups I've ever had the pleasure of consuming. One and one (cortado and espresso with seltzer) was similarly excellent. Expect to pay for the quality, as this is not a cheap cup of coffee. Staff are friendly and service is extremely efficient, and there's plenty of seating. Perfection!

This location is inside the Durham food hall. The coffee was great. Got two oat milk based cappuccinos. Since it’s the food hall there is plenty of seating. I especially like the very large continuous table.

This is some very delicious espresso. Good fresh beans with an upscale espresso machine. The staff are super friendly and nice also. If you’re into good espresso definitely suggest getting in a good pour here.

This is probably the best coffee I've had in a very long time. Fiction coffee in Raleigh is the only thing I've found close to this. Plus the food court makes it a really nice place to both, eat, work , hangout with a really cool park nearby.
I world highly recommend it.

My husband and I wanted to try out some local coffee spots while passing through Durham, and Liturgy didn't disappoint. The barista recommended the harvest squash specialty drink and it was delicious! It was the perfect flavor medley of squash, fall spices, and sweetness. My husband also enjoyed his latte!

Great place to meet friends and we all can get what we want! Cappuccino, Americano and Hot Tea! The staff is friendly and helpful. Food hall is great if visit goes into lunch too!

Simply great coffee got the harvest spice and it's so good 😊

For just-coffee people, very good tasting cup here (regular cup, not even the pour over). I like the Food Hall atmosphere too.

Liturgy is my favorite spot to get an Expresso or any coffee drink. Smooth Pulls, Robust Flavors, and a Lively atmosphere.

If you enjoy a great cup of coffee and genuine people, you have to check out Liturgy! They're not just a coffee shop. They have a special craft and approach to their beverages. And they care about their community and the people they serve. Highly recommend trying one of their seasonal lattes or delicate pour overs!

I've become a deeply committed regular at this establishment for a variety of reasons. The baristas are pleasant and engaged with a wide variety of folks who walk in, and the service feels like their primary goal is to make sure that people enjoy themselves rather than to cut corners for profit. The coffee quite literally changed my thoughts on light and medium roast coffee (even just their house roast on drip). They also have single origin roasts which have all been interesting and compelling. The environment is a
bright, cheerful and slightly eclectic industrial style, with plenty of variety in seating options (couches, bar, tables). It's also locally owned and operated, so you can feel good about investing in the community.

Liturgy deserves 5 stars because they actually might have the best coffee in the triangle.
Also, they include tax and tip in the price, which everyone should do.

Consistently delicious coffee! There is always something new to try, especially on the seasonal menu. There’s always something for vegans, gluten free, paleo, or no refined sugar dietary restrictions, too! The baked good are top tier too! 10/10

Incredibly tasty coffee. They sell beans and other coffee making merchandise as well. I love this cozy spot in the Food Hall. The baristas are super nice and certainly know what they’re doing!

Absolutely delish! Coffee is so smooth and the syrup flavors are so unique and taste so much better than other coffee shops. We had a vanilla and caramel latte and it was amazing. Paired well with the bagel form Everything Bagel in the food hall as well.

Honestly one of the best coffee shops around! Kinda sucks they’re in the food hall though.
Kinshiro is the best barista there. He’s super kind and friendly and always gives the best work! 10/10 recommend this place!
The pour over is the best!

If you're in this neighborhood, you may find it hard to choose a coffee shop. There's one next door from here and another a block away. They're all fine, but I think Liturgy is a standout. The pour overs here are the best in the city, and they always have a big assortment of high-end coffees to choose from. The food hall doesn't have the cute coffee shop feel of the competitors, but it's still a great place to enjoy your brew. I also love that Liturgy includes tax and tip in their prices - what you see is what you pay. I wish every restaurant did that!
