Amazing customer service, very solid, helpful, friendly staff and that's what's its all about in this business. Came in with a broken cracked Galaxy Note 10+ , the team had my phone repaired as soon as possible. Can't even tell there is a new screen on the phone. Fair pricing, quality parts, fast service. HIGHLY recommend Express Electronics if you're in the unfortunate situation of a broken Electronic device. Quick turn around time as well as a large selection of Electronics to purchase from as well.

My family and I have been buying/selling from Express Electronics for probably around 7/8 years now. Everyone who works there is fantastic at what they do and they are extremely knowledgeable! They are also super friendly and will give you the right advice to help and benefit you. We have recommended so many people to come look her for phones/electronics as everything is in superb condition! 10/10 experience every time!

I have brought them a broken laptop charger port, multiple busted screens and/or blacked phone screens and they have been able to fix them all. I found them on Craigslist 2 years ago while looking for a used phone and now I wouldn't take any electronic device needing a repair anywhere else.

Came in here a month ago to buy a Surface Pro 7. Got a good deal on the computer bundled with type cover and pen. The computer is still working great with no issues and the guys at the front desk were very helpful and friendly when I came in :)

I have been coming to this store since probably 2008 when my husband first purchased a used Samsung Alpha. We found them through Craigslist. The guys were very fairly priced. The phone had a weak battery, and they replaced it without issue. I returned many times over for advice , putting on a screen protector after my daughter shattered her phone many times and just to browse. You can find a tiny bit cheaper phones and devices elsewhere, but there is no match of the guarantee offered here. I'm leaving this good review because of how many times I have come to bug them, I owe these guys for their kindness and knowledge.

Brought my damaged iPad Pro in for a screen replacement. Frame was bent a little and they were able to get everything fixed like new. I will definitely be back. Lots of inventory for phones and computers as well. Thanks guys!

Awesome store for first and second hand electronics! I called ahead and they were very informative and immediately ready to help out. They even held a product for me until I got there (which was an hour drive location-wise for me). They were the only store nearby that had the product I wanted and it was worth the drive. All their products were nicely priced based on what the market dictated. They were very patient to help while I checked if everything was good on my end for the phone I bought. Quick in, quick out. Definitely recommended!

If I could give this store 6 stars I would. I have purchased many phones from this store over the past few years, and will continue to return as long as they're in business.
Their customer service is very professional, and straight to the point. They have a good return policy, and they explain it in total when purchasing a device.
Out of the numerous phones I have purchased from them, only one was defective, but was covered by the manufacturer.
Excellent variety of phones, models, and carrier brands, as well as unlocked phones. They also have a wide selection of laptops, tablets, smart watches, and accessories.

What all the other 5 star ratings said. I’d give them a 10 if I could. With phones cost passing $$$$, took my Samsung S6 in for a new battery & repair charging port to keep it a couple years longer. Took my son’s IPhone in to replace destroyed screen..kids. Wife’s IPhone had maxed out memory so I purchased an upgraded IPhone for her. All this in one visit. Thank you to others who post reviews.
Repairs by Dan exceptional, took an hour or so. Adrianne is extremely customer oriented & knowledgeable. He transferred all my wife’s data over, worked with Sprint to transfer phone over, and even gave a fair price for her old IPhone.

I have purchased all my phones for the last 10 years from Adreian and Dan. I have traded my phones in towards other devices over and over. Great selection. If they don't have it, they will find it. Hard to find good reliable stores and most of all people. I'm over an hour away and I am heading over there today to upgrade my phone today, it's worth the drive for the service and products you get. I've been shopping at Express Electronics for about five years, and every experience has been top notch. Their product inventory is wide and varied and of very high quality. Their customer service is amazing. Every time I go in they take such good care of me. I've bought three iphones there, all in great shape, all have worked perfectly. They go above and beyond in helping me get the phones set up, making sure I've got what I need. I've had a phone repaired there as well and it saved me hundreds. This is a great place!

These guys are great! They have very good products and have the only true used cellphone store in my area. We have purchased about 3 phones from them over the years and we have never disappointed.

My family has bought six used iPhones over the years from Express Electronics, with no problems. All were just a few months old (sometimes just one or two months old), in perfect condition, with no problems activating them. Might not be the absolute cheapest, but price is competitive and if you have a problem with a phone you get from them within the first couple of weeks (or month, not sure what the warranty is, but there is one) after you buy it, I am sure they will make it right. Had some of the phones for two or three years now, all still working fine. Excellent customer service too, and these guys know their phones.

I have purchased 4 phones over the years from these guys and I have always been pleased with the the service and the products. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and service oriented. I am technically challenged and they helped me set my phone up completely and went to what I believe was above and beyond customer service so that when I left I would know how to use my new phone and have everything set up completely. Highly recommend!

I've purchased two phones from this company and both have worked perfectly. I feel the products are well priced and the employees have been very straightforward and helpful with any questions I have. Moving forward I'll continue to buy my phones here.
