McDonald's

Went through the drive-thru on a Friday evening and this was one of the best McDonald's experiences ever! The food was hot, the fry boxes were packed full and the workers were very nice and enthusiastic about their work. They even wrote a note on our receipt letting us know to have a great day. They just made us feel good and acted like they were glad we were their customers. If we are in the Lafayette area, we would gladly eat there again!

The staff at this particular location makes all the difference. They greet their customers warmly and will help a stranger choose, especially someone like me who didn’t even know what they serve for breakfast. I was told about the specials and they even made a fresh burrito for me. Not every McDonald’s is the same and this is one great example.

I felt good at La Fayette. And this place was good. As expected, in a restaurant in a small town - there is order and cleanliness. The restroom is open and not closed, inside is clean, outside there is a large 360-degree parking lot. There is a chance to deceive the sun and put the car in the shade. Enjoy the summer and great service!

Always so helpful and hot food too boot. Much better ran than this time last year.

Mandy the manager is great and their ice cream machine actually freaking works. I moved here recently from nashville, haven't had a Mcflurry for 11 years because no McDonalds near nashville has an ice cream machine that works. And it still looks like christmas outside 😍 although its mod February

I am so impressed with McDonald's! The staff is super friendly and attentive. The food is good and hot. Considering it had been probably 10 years since I've eaten inside the restaurant and have gone multiple times in the past couple of weeks should reflect my opinion.

I used the app to order for 3 on the way in from parking. It was a few minutes, but we actually got our order before 1 person that was inside and had obviously ordered before we did. We had a pleasant dining experience in the remodeled restaurant. The staff is very attentive and mindful of congeniality. The decor is easy on the eyes, and it feels open and relaxing. There is a digitally enhanced table with a game built into it.

I went to Ga and Tennessee for my Christmas holiday to visit my family. I brought a gallon jug of tea and nuggets with fries and a burger for lunch. My order didn't take long to prepare and pack and I was back on the road to feed everyone. The crew at this McDonald's was awesome. Smiles everywhere. The lobby was clean and my cashier was nice. The McDonald's in between Rome and Summerville Ga gets 5 stars.

I had an amazing experience here! A five star review for McDonald’s is hard for me to do. But the night crew earned it! I went through the drive through around 11 p.m. and ordered two large chocolate shakes, a snack wrap, two burgers and a medium fry as well as two soft drinks. Let me tell you! Their ice cream machine was actually working people! Kudos to this location! Was totally expecting to be disappointed as usual per other McDonald’s. But instead I was blown away. The milkshakes themselves tasted freakin awesome. The burgers were fresh and the snack wrap is amazing. Customer service was great as well, even being understaffed. Just wanted to say I had a great time and this team went above and beyond to make sure things were done right. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve never reviewed a fast food restaurant before but this McDonald’s crew deserves one. They are consistently kind, friendly, and fast. I always come away from my interactions with a smile.

Went out of their way to try and find the toy my child wanted. Love the interactive tables and games when you dine in.

I went there yesterday with my husband to eat breakfast inside I ordered breakfast special the person in the counter was very nice and accommodating he even suggestive that hey have special on their menu bacon sausage egg and cheese biscuit I ordered the special along with 2 coffee I also told him I want my coffee fresh he said yes I didn't even wait that long he got our breakfast and 2 fresh coffee we are please. I will recommend this to anyone.

My online order card payment didn't go by through and they promo'd it off and gave it to me for my lil brother and sister to have their ice cream and cheeseburgers! Best McDonald's experience ever! ❤

Love those Carmel Frapas, probably didn't spell that right. But to me its worth every penny you spend on them. Also those ribs are out of this world and I love them too.

The staff make you feel you are one of a kind they remember our order in the mornings and my three year old loves to see the girls in the window every time!
