Oh my I can’t begin to describe how Dr. Mbakwe and her staff made a major impact on my life. I went to them once and I been apart of this family ever since. Professional atmosphere and warm environment. I highly recommend anybody to this practice.

Today was my first time going to Dr Mbakwe office. The staff were very friendly and professional. I was used to a different approach when making my first visit to a doctor. Dr Mbakwe told me to "let her know what my concerns were". Instead of me telling her what I was being treated for before. I love that she wants to do her own diagnosis. It's so different from what im use to. But I think this is a much better way of caring for people. I am looking forward to this relationship. I wanted a doctor to took care of the whole person. I think I found it.

The doctor looked in detail On the issue and was good explaining. Felt very comfortable with the Doctor examination.

Once I was referred, I was called in a short amount of time to schedule my first appointment. I was kept informed with each step of the enrollment process.
All of the smiling staff members treated me with compassion and care. The friendly doctor was very thorough with asking questions and following up with labs and additional tests.

Very professional people. Do not have to wait Very long to see the doctor. When you see the Doctor, she gets to the point an to your evaluation. I would recommend them to solve your medical condition. That's why I can give them a 5 stars.

She is a fabulous doctor and I can completely understand why she been voted best doctor in Statesboro. Have only had one appointment with the Doc so far but I can already tell she's going to be awesome!!! She actually listened to what I had to say and I can tell she wants to truly help figure out what's causing my pain and help me get better.The entire staff at the place itself was so welcoming and friendly too. Looking forward to having her as my doctor now until always :)

Luv Dr. Mbakwe! Very down to earth, she takes time to address your concerns. Her staff are courteous an professional. I have to have blood drawn quite often an use to dread it. The young lady that does is a PRO! No more 4 or 5 sticks. The whole practice makes you feel like family.

Dr. Mbakwe and her staff are one of the best doctors offices I have been to! They are like family. Dr. Mbackwe is very knowledgeable in diseases and alot more. She takes her time with each patient. The doc asks you questions and then ask you if you have any quedtions.If you have had blood tests or any tests She let's you know what it all means and will guide you as to what the next step is. Dr. Helen and her staff are wonderful. You are greeted warmly and taken care of and Dr. Helen takes her time with you. She is very empathetic, knowledgeable and thorough. I came in broken and full of pain. She has helped me tremendously!

All employees are friendly, accommodating and understanding to their patients needs. Dr Mbakwe explains everything she is doing and is very thorough in her examinations. Even though your going to the “doctors” office, I enjoy visiting this office.

At this time not much to say because this was my 1st visit, but my 2nd visit is next week.
They were all very courtesy, nice and very friendly. I liked every one I saw today and will continue with their services for as long as they say I need it and as long as their treatments are working. Very happy with today's visit.

My first visit there and it was so comforting and thorough. Longest drs visit I ever had with the actual dr and not just in the waiting room. I appreciated the actual one on one time. And her nurse Jessica was amazing as well as her lab tech. I loved the fact labs were done right there and xray literally next door. I am anxious for my follow up visit. I feel she will find answers.

I've been a patient for 10 years and I have been very satisfied with the service I've received and I would recommend Frontline Medical, Dr..Mbakwe and the staff for any medical needs.
