After almost 2 years of being patient with us as we waited for a specific neighborhood and price range, a member of the Reyenga Team emailed us on a Sunday morning about a home that looked to be a good fit. When I replied that we were interested, they scheduled a showing on very short notice, and then submitted the offer for us right away in time to be reviewed with several other offers. After reviewing a counter offer late on Sunday night with Joel, our offer was eventually accepted. From their initial email to having an accepted offer was a matter of hours.
