Harbor Freight Tools

Liz was very kind and friendly. There was another employee who I didn’t get the name, several people (including me) lined up to ask him where something is, and he was able to give an accurate answer immediately each time. It was very impressive and looks like he memorized the exact location of each one of their product, no matter how uncommon that product might be. This store is very well-organized, and the employees genuinely want to help people and seem to be enjoying what they do here.

Got what I needed at good price cheaper than Lowe's got my purchase rung up by a real person didn't have to ring it up myself and they took cash unlike Lowe's I had just left where was no cashier only uscans where open and only took cards left what I planned to buy there and went to harbor freight WILL NEVER GO TO Lowe's again

All employees moved with a sense of urgency and the store manager himself assisted me with three or four large items and personally helped me load them into my vehicle. The cashier Ali was very pleasant with a smile on her face even with the store being VERY busy.

One of the coolest stores in Durham in my opinion. They got everything you need for your job, business, or around the house. There are so many cool tools and equipment. Got a great welding helmet last time I was there and it worked great. I love this store so much. If you haven’t been to this through you need to walk through. I am warning even if you walk through not planning to buy anything you’ll probably end up buying something. Highly recommend this place to anyone. GREAT STORE!!

Always a favorite for reasonably priced quality tools.

Good prices. Mid grade tools last longer than the cheap ones so spend a little more for better quality. Lots of great hand tools, Pittsburgh comes with a lifetime warranty. Super coupons help you save a little more. I have had a 10x17 garage for 5 years and it's held up pretty well. I lost count of how many free tape measures and flashlights I have collected over the years.
