As an owner of a coffee company, I have high standards for local coffee shops. The two baristas this morning were amazing. Greeted us, answered any questions I had, chatted us up …. Not to mention all our drinks and food were amazing. Reasonably priced as well. We’ll be back for sure. Only thing I wish was different was having an option of a medium and dark roast instead of just one, but I’m positive there’s a good reason why they do that, 😅😉. Overall, great job Kith and Kin.

I’ve been driving past this coffee shop for years and I’m so sad I’ve never stopped until now! The broccoli and cheddar quiche I had for breakfast was so good, and my chai latte was perfect! The baristas were so kind and everything came out very quick. Happy to have a new favorite coffee shop!

Quaint little coffee shop next to the state park. Also joined to a campground. The atmosphere is casual but there is artwork on the walls to admire. I’d definitely come here again! The pastries looked good but just came for coffee.

If you are in the area and can get here B4 2p you should stop and have a cup. The americano was very smooth and rich flavor. The girls had different lattes and they were both really good. This location is near a park which was very cool! #coffee #coffeelover #coffeecrawl #welchrealty

Such a cute place to grab a cup of coffee and some pastries 🍰. I did coffee roulette and allowed the batista to make up my drink. She made me a salted caramel latte that was amazing. I could have told her I didn't like it and she would have made me something else.

The pastries were good. I was sad the ham and cheese croissants were all sold out for the day. It is a small place connected to the camp ground gift shop.

Bathrooms are in the gift shop and the entrance to the coffee shop is not in the state park camp ground. Don't follow GPS when you get to the turn to the coffee shop it is exactly where the sign says and there is plenty of parking and areas to sit outside. Super cute place in Sandestin/30A!

Possibly the best coffee and croissant I’ve ever had! I got a “red flag” - a strawberry chocolate iced coffee, and a Nutella croissant. It was so delicious!!! The service was incredible as well. You can really tell they love their job - they asked everyone if they liked their coffee and offered to make changes if they wanted. 5 stars!

Fantastic environment for coffee. Great location at Top Sail Preserve. It’s the best coffee on 30A, especially if you love actually good coffee! Great spot for outdoor games for adults and kids.

Kith & Kin is awesome! Amavida coffee, local beer on tap and an amazing selection of craft beers in the can. Small selection of local pastries and dips for food. If on 30a, stop by for a coffee at breakfast and take a growler for later.

WOW ... I can't say enough GOOD things about this Coffee House!! I am in Destin for a vacation and I was looking for a place to write a course during my mornings. Our resort was just not conducive to writing. A friend who lives in the area recommended this Coffee Shop - and I can't say THANK YOU enough for the recommendation!!

My course is at a GREAT place after 4 days of working out of Kith & Kin in the mornings. And a LOT of money spent on Coffee and amazing pastries lol

I have always been a coffee “snob” and I rarely ever venture out of my normal as I know what I like. Well, Josh suggested something new for me and HIT IT OUT of the PARK with my drink on day #1. I had NEVER “liked” Iced Coffee but I’m now a believer!! Nearly 6 drinks in for the week and every day he crafted something new for me — and I’ve LOVED every single one!! I am forever spoiled for any other coffee house.

This coffee house has the most welcoming, chill/laid-back, friendly vibe I’ve ever been to. Thank you Josh and crew for your amazing, qualify refreshments and your kindness over my week. Interacting with y’all — and watching you converse with both locals and out-of-towners — was truly, positively impactful. I’m so grateful that you were part of this journey I’m on; and THANK YOU for the best place to write and absorb caffeine!

Absolutely delicious espresso! Baristas know the right ways to make traditional espresso drinks and are very fast and friendly. Love the atmosphere, very cute and clean. Hardly willing to try any other local shops because I think Kith & Kin will be tough to beat!

Love this little spot! It’s near impossible finding a coffee joint along 30a that 1. Has a good atmosphere and 2. Has ample parking!! Best lavender oat milk coffee I’ve ever ordered, plus they have fresh Blue Mountain Bakery every morning. They were slammed when I arrived, but the barista did a great job knocking out the whole line.

I love Topsail State Park and I love Kith & Kin. I've had the Americano which is a very flavorful medium roast blend, the Peach Cobbler cold brew and Pina Colada smoothie. The latter two are both well mixed, and the cold brew is not an overpowering peach but a good hint mixed with the coffee. Very balanced and delicious. I've come to Topsail for a few years now, and I'm now going daily to Kith & Kin. They've added biweekly live music and expanded their gift shop area. Staff is very friendly and helpful with choosing drinks (chai tea latte is also excellent), and you can get craft beers or baked goods here too. Highly recommend this place as there is nothing quite as relaxing and refreshing back home!

Our hidden coffee spot :) especially during peak season...Great place for a coffee break or to cool down after a morning at the beach. The food items are not on the healty side-pastries, croissants, muffins.. Their hot and cold coffee options are very good. It's definitely one of the unique local gems. Try it out. Great for kids, as there are a few different games outside the coffee shop.

my family and i were camping at topsail and we were so excited to see this cute little coffee shop here! we went every single morning during our trip and everything here is so good!! it’s such a convenient location and the staff is so sweet. the ambience inside is so pretty too. i 100% recommendation this awesome place!

Service is incredible. This smoothie is the highlight of my camping trip! And they open at 6:30 am!!! Coffee and quiche! Much more to choose from. Love this place!

Great place to relax. Topsail is gorgeous and this allows you to see it while enjoying some coffee.

Excellent coffee shop with an amazing location! We enjoyed the cold brew and members of our group enjoyed their hot chocolate, espresso and bakery items. Great service very friendly!
