What a cute grocery store!!! Great shopping for our trip! The end caps were great because it's exactly what we had planned for dinner! Loved coming here!

Stopped in just for the craft beer selection. Funny, a beer distro guy at Food Lion suggested this as best micro selection place. Had a flight at the Beer Den and the tender was super knowledgeable. Nice selection across the board both on tap and in store to boot leg back home.

Excellent selection in just about every department. As an added bonus, I was able send the hubby for a draft beer so I could grocery shop in relative peace. He enjoyed a nice beverage & I could hunt for obscure ingredients.
The bakery/deli section is well stocked, everything that's meant to be fresh is very fresh. There were even some cheeses that I've not been able to find at my local grocery. I was able to put together a fantastic charcuterie for Super Bowl.

Such a great little grocery store with some many great options. So nice to visit to get our groceries for the next couple days while we visit the area. Sampling some local beers from their cooler too!

Newly remodeled with tons of local and organic 🍅🍌🥦🍎 produce, 🐔 chicken, deli items, 🍺 beer selection and tons of options for food aversions and allergies. This location also has some of the best 🥩🥓🍖 meats, prepared meals, local products, and staff around.

They also have ♿ handicap accessible 🅿 parking, restrooms, and aisles.

Clean and well-stocked store with friendly employees. The deli is great.

Also, good entertainment: During peak tourist times in Banner Elk, you’re guaranteed to witness some of the most chaotic behavior you’ve ever experienced in a grocery store right here.

Great store. Every time my wife and I come to the area we always stop at Lowes Food. this store is so clean and it has everything. Prices are higher than where I shop at home, but the chance to visit is so neat

A complete supermarket which looks small on the outside, but filled with everything you could want on the inside. I think it was so inviting how they sectioned off their specialty departments. I wish they would reopen in Charlotte!

I like this chain of grocery stores. They always have the newest products for us to purchase. When I last went, I only bought from the bakery. I didn't get the lady's name that assisted me but she was super nice. I bought a cookie/brownie! It was absolutely delicious!!! I was told to eat it all together because it is made with just the right amount of everything. And she was right! I enjoyed those big bites! It was so good that I wouldn't allow myself to eat it all at once. I savored every last bite. For me the store is out of my way to get but I will be driving just to get another chocolate chip cookie/brownie! If you're a brownie, carmel, chocolate chip, or cookie person, I know that you will love this! And you will have a new habit, cookie/brownies! They even put it in a cute little box to maybe give to a love one or simply give it to yourself. Enjoy this little secret!!!

Our favorite grocery store! Their dry aged steak and smoked/bbq meat section is awesome! And how often do you see a bar in a grocery store?!

Josh is an excellent bagger !!! He took care in the groceries and made sure they were fresh and that the eggs were not broken he bagged everything with what they should be bagged with and even when the cashier was critical towards him he responded with respect and a positive attitude and let me tell you she was rude and condescending in front of customers she also was rough on the food and probably bruised the produce I’m leaving josh the five stars due to his commitment to his job good job josh keep it up customers definitely notice also the produce guys are awesome too I always get lost over there and they are always willing to help me with a smile and the lady’s in the deli meats are very friendly and also always help with beautiful smiles y’all are all awesome just wish the cashiers would be that nice too

Oh my gosh!! This was my first time in a Lowes Foods. Impressed would be an understatement. This store is amazing. From the deli to the smokehouse to the seafood station it was truly a pleasure shopping here. There is even a craft beer bar and wine bar to pass the time. The employees were amazing and incredibly helpful. This will be my go to grocery store from now on.

Had everything we were looking. Friendly staff. We're traveling and at home do not have one. Very well stocked. Quick lines for checkout.
