Latitude at Hammock Bay

My boyfriend and I started apartment hunting in June and after about an hour of touring we fell in LOVE with Latitude. By July 31 we were officially residents at LHB! Our 1BR apartment is cozy and so spacious for only having one bedroom. The staff hears all of our questions and concerns and every maintenance request we’ve ever had (which have been very few) have been fixed promptly. Latitude has wonderful amenities and it is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods I’ve ever seen. We love Latitude!

Our leasing consultant, Yazmeen Wilson, was amazing! She was very helpful and answered all the questions my wife and I had regarding the apartments, fees, and information regarding utilities and amenities. We look forward to completing the leasing process and becoming residents at the Latitude Apartments in Hammock Bay.

Beautiful apartments! Rachel was such a huge help and got us into our DREAM apartment very fast! She was GREAT!! If you are looking for an affordable luxury apartment you need to check these out!

Yazmeen and Laura helped me out so much during my application and move in process. Above and beyond what I assume is asked of them. They are very willing to work with military members. The apartments are beautiful and the area is gorgeous. Cannot wait to start this chapter of my life at Latitude!

Absolutely love. Beautiful property. Great club house with lot's to do inside and out. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. Most importantly FOR ME kid friendly staff and great pool area. Also after our recent hurricane the road and pond behind us didn't flood AT ALL!

Yazmeen was friendly and knowledgeable about the apartment and the application process. She was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment complex has a lot of amenities that make it an even more desirable place to live.

I have loved my home at Latitude at Hammock Bay, and cannot thank Laura Thompson enough for all she has done from start to finish in making this a wonderful place to live. The incredible staff are always friendly and helpful, thank you all!

We have just recently moved in but the staff has been great helping us get settled. The location is great for being able to access the beach in less than 30 minutes and for quickly getting to the base for work.

We toured the apartments with Rachael and she was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and friendly. The place is spectacular!

Everything about the move in went like clockwork! The ladies in the office were very helpful (and patient when things on my end were delayed).
