I placed an order for a 6x3ft banner to be printed and if I ever need large scale printing done again I will be returning to UPS. Amanda and Levi were very helpful in assisting to get my banner completed in just one business day! They answered all my questions, walked me through ordering it via email, and worked on the image formatting to ensure the banner image was very high resolution. I am so impressed! Thanks UPS!

Today I went into the Freeport store and needed a document for my foreign exchange student to go on a cruise. I had paid for the document to be sent and bought another label for the return sender to rush the document back.
I realized that I needed to send it faster and went back in and explained what I needed. They voided all my other shipping tags and was going to redo them.
During this time, I found out the document could be emailed and didn’t need expedited mailing services.
They copied the document into a pdf file so I could send it to the exchange agency.
They saved me a ton of money today and was very patient with me.
I really appreciated their business ethic and doing whatever was needed to make a customer happy.

It is so convenient to have a store that is able to provide so many essential services to the community. So much so that the store is open 7 days a week over 10 hours daily on weekdays.

Very friendly, fast service. Quickly guided me to the wifi so I could get labels to pull up.

Love our Freeport location! Great staff- friendly, respectful and top notch customer service all the way around. They always welcome you and greet you with a smile upon entrance, all while being professional and providing fast and efficient service!

Love the employees, they are so nice, always helpful. When I’m at work in Destin I could go to another location, not very friendly there, I wait and go to This location. Glad you guys are in Freeport

Levi is my creative design team I throw an idea at her and she follows the kiss rule. Keep it simple stupid. 1000 words are reduced to concise important info she is a talent and an asset to the UPS team friendly atmosphere willing to help extremely creative and delivery within two hours. They are amazing.

I can't say enough about the level of professionalism and help this store recently gave me. I went in needing a document notarized and overnighted. They were quick, efficient, and extremely pleasant. I even needed some other documents shredded, and they took care of that, too. Who needs a FedEx store when this store is so fantastic?! I highly recommend them to everyone.

The staff here are amazing, and go out of their way to help you. I'm so impressed with this location and will always come here for my shipping needs.

I love this store but the customer service is even more amazing! I send things for them to print all the time and their always so patient, accommodating, and have it ready when I need it!

They were absolutely amazing! I had forgotten it was my last day to return some items so I had to swing by on my way to work. I thought I was going to be late for work. They were so friendly and accommodating and they worked super fas; processed both of my orders and had me out of there in less than one minute... I was on time for work!

Thank you Ken at UPS for your amazing service! I live in AZ and he worked with me long distance with helping me get my elderly fathers belongings out of state. He was extremely kind and professional and helped me tremendously.

I recently used them for two different print jobs. One was Christmas cards that turned out beautiful and then a rush job that Josh whipped together at the last minute and got out the door for overnight delivery. The staff is friendly and professional and I'm thrilled that we have such a wonderful new business in Freeport. Thanks again, you really came through for me!

The family who runs this store are the nicest, most helpful people. They have helped us with photocopying, printing, and scanning/emailing documents. The prices are very reasonable. It's nice to have such a full-service office store this close!

Friendly and welcoming environment! The staff is pleasant and so flexible with requests. The capability to be able to send in files and have them printed and ready allows us more time to attend to other needs.

I emailed over a RUSH job for print at 10 pm last night. Josh replied to my email at 7:30 am, a half-hour before open! The job is already done; and I am ahead of schedule. :) This UPS Store Over-delivers!

I gave Josh a jpeg of a photo I took with my phone. In less than 12 hours he had it proofed, printed on the canvas ready to go. I will definitely use them again. Amazing attention to detail.

Every time I go in this location the staff is always friendly and helpful. I had another great experience yesterday.
