My son had a work comp injury and we consulted with Mr. Barr on the best way to proceed. He gave us wonderful advice and answered all of our questions. Let me start by saying I was 2 years into my injury before I was told you need an Attorney. I had not hired and attorney simply because I was under the illusions that worker's compensation protects the worker and is for the worker.
My experience with worker's compensation was not a good one. I will not elaborate on that but I will say that once I hired The Bar Law Office I began getting approval for meds and treatment 100 times faster.
I feel if it were not for Barr Law Office I would not have received a surgery I desperately needed. It's just that simple. Through many depositions Barr Law Office got my surgery approved!
I am now post surgery and almost four years post injury and I hate to imagine where I would be today had I not sought help.
