The man who I assume was the owner was a wonderful resource. I gave him the opportunity to over sell me and take advantage of me but he didnt. He gave me exactly what I needed. Thank you for being open on a Sunday and thank you for giving me reliable information!!

We go down obx every year an usually stay further down 12 an hit frank and Frans. This year we stayed in salvo an I came here multiple times an it was great. The guy working is cool an helpful. Prices are really fair. He has everything you will need for the trip.

Bought an awesome 12ft surf rod. The salesman was friendly helpful and knew his fishing gear. They have the nest prices on rods especially Penn rod I shopped for all weekend. They are a great place.

Great place in Salvo, NC for fishing gear, license, ice, cold beer, soft drinks, and various beach supplies. Also, really nice selection of tee shirts. Best of all the people working there are friendly and can offer great advice on fishing. They offer free air so when you come off the beach you can air up and re-supply.

Great fresh bait prices! Other items were also well priced and I would say this is the best bait and tackle on this part of the island! They sell both shrimp and finger mullets by the pound so you can order as much or as little as you need. The employees were very nice and the store was clean!

Best place we found in the Outer Banks for fishing supplies and service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We got a lot of good tips and helpful information along with rod repairs. Best prices and service in Salvo.

Just stopped in to get a couple of new casting spoons. I told the guy helping me that we hadn't had any bites that morning in the waves area and we were headed down closer to the point to try or luck down there. He recommended going a little north to get into a little cooler water. I'm glad I took his advise caught a cooler of blues a keeper speckled trout and two slot sized drums. Thanks and this will always be my tackle store of choice on the OBX.

Awesome store to shop in. Knowledgeable staff with lots of excellent advise and bait selection. Bought a cooler and rod rack for my truck and it was $50 cheaper than anywhere else, and gave me tools to borrow for installation. Will always be the go to store when in the outer banks

Great place! We stop here every year. It's our first stop after checking in when we finally arrive. They're helpful and friendly. For anything fishing this is a must stop. They have everything you need. Including a good selection of beer :)

I’ve been coming to the banks for 20+ years and always wanted to learn to surf fish. This spot has patiently helped me at every turn. Can’t say enough good things about this cool tackle shop!

This is a great place for anyone looking to fish. The guys in the shop can get a beginner fisherman rigged up cheaply or give information on local fishing conditions. Don't forget they have "the coldest ice in Salvo"!

Real nice folks. Kept me up to date with daily fishing reports on the Island. Bought a real nice plugging pole, at fair price. My first stop after beer run.....😜

This is the place to get all your fishing gear and supplies. Best prices in the area. Wish I would have went here first. Got ripped off at other stores in the area with crazy high prices and limited inventory.

Great place for fishing supplies, souvenirs and conversation. Being dog friendly is definitely a plus as well. We always visit several times when we come to the OBX.
