I used the app on my phone for the first time and it worked great! I was able to order exactly what I wanted and when I pulled up I just gave them my four digit order number, they confirmed my name, I pulled up to the first window to get my receipt, the second window to get my food, all as his efficient as could be! And the food was good and hot!

We came for the first time in search of a play area because unfortunately under circumstances out of my hands we don’t have a home hence a place for my 3 year old to play.
I was so happy to see that there was one available and that when I called I was greeted with a friendly person on the phone , and happy to tell me that the play area would be open as long as the indoor area is open.
In past experiences, I have incurred people who sound frustrated, and or agitated that more kids were coming in the Tone or way that their voice came off whenever I would ask that question at other stores .
When we got here it was clean and did not smell ! I was so pleased because the last one we went to was hardly bearable because of how it smelt (feet) .
Then I ordered my food and the food was done very quickly and I always order my big Mac with extra Mac sauce and extra pickle and it never has enough on it. Usually it totally had enough Mac sauce on it. It was super fresh my son’s chicken nuggets were super fresh And everyone was so friendly.
You have a great manager here , I hope that she is being compensated for the hard work and dedication to this store and the kids that work for this company.

Whoever was on grill around 4:45pm on Wednesday October 11, thank you so much, I asked for extra lettuce, and it is coming out of there like crazy just like I wanted, THANK YOU :)

The best McDonald’s I ever been to! Service was good the place was CLEAN the food hot and fresh! Coolest play place my daughter has seen in a restaurant!

This is one of the nicer McD's I've been to, both in appearance and friendliness of staff. Big shout out to the people who work here. A restaurant is just a place that sells food, it's the employees that make you want to come back.

I have never visited this particular McDonald's before today. I was sooo pleased with the quality of food, the exceptional service, and how nice the over all experience was. Finally, hamburgers and chicken nuggets prepared the way I remembered McDonald's preparing them like they did when I was
a kid. I live about ten miles away, but this is now my go to McDonald's. Great job everyone! Thank you.

Great for McDonald’s! My only concern is there are so many hiccups if you DoorDash, but that’s likely at fault of the app.

Everything was great for a change. Evesryone was nice and helpful with NO malace for their job. And I rode 2 hours to get to that area of st. Louis by the bus

Great playplace, servers and food above average for the local McDonald's. The entry is at a stop light so can be stop and go yo get in.

We love the indoor playplace. Service was quick. Clean inside.

Quick service, the QPC Deluxe is always good. I get extra onions and pickles

It was breakfast time at 10 a.m. order two chicken biscuits McGriddle took a half an hour to serve check the bag and they slapped in sausage and cheese instead of the chicken and cheese had to go back in to correct the order management had attitude about correcting her workers so I just got a refund and they didn't really refund me the full amount for waiting all that time because of the cooks. Always have problems at McDonald's not fast food no more and they don't correct their workers I'm about done with McDonald's they need to work on their customer service.....

Gina is a wonderful manager. She helps her staff & keeps them on point. When you ask her for something well done, or for example no salt -she actually makes sure that it’s done. I really appreciate when she’s there!

3 times in a row know they've screwed up my order. It use to be one of the best in all off St. Louis but now it's just trash.

This location has the ordering kiosks. Order there and someone will bring your food to your table. Also had a person you could order from. They were out of the adult happy meals but that's just about every location.

This trip is a hard one to rate as we went to McDonald's but didn't actually get any food. We waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes without actually getting to order. More cars pulled in, waited and then left then customers were actually served. I have no idea what was going on and I'm sure the employees were making the best of a bad situation.
