Great place and quick. Turned my car in to them first thing in the morning and they had it ready right at the end of the work day. Really friendly and easy to work with - No complaints on the repairs yet. I'll be back again with my other rides

I brought my car in for an emissions test on May 23rd and had a super nice experience. Nick assisted me super quickly, was kind, professional, and polite! 10/10 stars. I'd definitely recommend getting your emissions testing done here--especially with Nick!

For the record, I found NE Autotek on the GA Clean Air Force website. They were the 3rd ones on the list when I searched the 30096 zip code. The first company on the list had a disconnected line and the second company never picked up when I called. I should also mention that on my way to NE Autotek, I passed like 3 or 4 emissions test sites and they all had fairly long lines without anywhere for customers to sit; NE Autotek on the other hand, was busy with other vehicles and services, but I only waited like 2 minutes before they took my car and I got to sit in the lobby.

I took my car this past weekend to get the brakes done as well as some significant maintenance (fluid flushes, oil change, etc.), after using the Suwanee location for several years before moving away. The maintenance package here saved several hundred dollars compared to getting everything done at the dealer. Jacob and his team also discovered a dangerous issue (ruptured CV boot) that the dealer had missed. They ordered the part and put in extra time and effort to get everything fixed. I really appreciated their thoroughness and straight forward business. Would definitely recommend Jacob and his team at NE Autotek!

Great shop with the best prices! Very professional and the everybody there seemed very helpful. The store mangers made me feel welcome and they worked with me on the price. I was surprised that they replace/rebuild transmissions and engines but they swapped my engine on 2005 Chrysler 300 fairly quick. It took about 4 days total but overall I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend this shop to anybody

Honesty and recommendable are the two words I can summarize my experience with Jacob and his team. He let me know the issues and how to solve and even allowed me to keep the car at the shop a handful of extra days while parts arrived. He kept me in the loop and repaired the issues in full at a very fair price. I highly recommend NE Autotek.

We stated using NE Autotek after we moved a little over a year ago. I thought our previous mechanic was good, NE Autotek blows them out of the water! We have had nothing be exceptional service before and after the sale on our vehicles. They have stood behind their word and kept every promise they have made to use. It's refreshing to have a mechanic deliver service that far exceeds any we've had with a traditional dealership. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone I can. This is a VERY good shop. I ran over a curb and knocked a hole in my transmission pan. I left my car there, had NE Autotek tow it to them and took an Uber home.

In this situation a bad shop would have charged as much as they possible could for the repairs. It was only about $350 for the towing, replacing the pan, adding the fluid, and doing minor repairs on my bumper.

These guys are professional and super helpful plus nice. They can fix any problems your car might be having! Jacob the owner is by far the best mechanic I've ever met!

You always want a garage you can trust, and one that will treat you like family. NE Autotek is that place. Every time I have visited them or consulted them for help with my vehicles, they have been the most professional, and are always offering advice to save me money. I truly trust them with all vehicles and won't go to any other garage.

I took my car to 3 other mechanic shops and Jake the owner beat their prices and since the AC blows cold finally! He also repaired my upper and lower control arms and my BMW drives smooth.

I find this place upfront about the price, and reasonable, and ready to work with you if you tell them what you are looking for. Jacob at the front end is a professional. I don't trust any other place for my car.
